'The price for the room was very reasonable. Especially considering we were leaving Texas and came to Shreveport to gamble and decided to stay at the last minute. The room was clean and very spacious. The employees were very kind. The only con I had was us needing to be escorted back and forth to our room because they were only given five room keys for the night. Inside it has an extensive collection of all kind of odds and ends, which makes the house so cozy! We stayed in the governer's room, a big room with a comfortable king bed.
