'Great onsen, friendly staff, excellent dinner and a beautiful location. Highly recommend.'

'The spa was great '

'Breakfast and dinner buffet had a lot of options, but honestly everything was a little off to me. The grilled meat was good. But even the ramen and curry which I enjoyed in Sapporo, didn’t taste that great.'

'Great location a little bit outside of Lake Toya, the property is beautiful and well kept and a short walk from the lake. The highlight was the onsen which was super relaxing and the other amenities such as projector , coffee , tatami rooms are just a cherry on top , highly recommended!'

'There were some bugs around the outside the tub. like wood chippers i suppose. didn’t really mind them but still worth mentioning.'

'This seasoned hotel turned out very satisfying to me. Though at one end of the beach park, it boasts a great view, with access to spacious beach front. Just as the picture of its exterior onsen spa shows, you can see the mountain at the far end of the lake. Also the check-in time is not as restrictive as some online review complained (before 6pm) so more flexible for a busy travel schedule. The staff is courteous and responsive to guests' need when they observe it. The only challenge for guests...
