'Breakfast was good. Not the highest of quality but plentiful, varied and great selection of toppings for the oatmeal bar. The server was the best. She made sure to cook the waffles in advance so no waiting needed. Room was clean. Private as we didn’t hear the neighbors. Some worn down areas. Saw a few cockroaches so we decided to store all of food in the fridge and didn’t use any of the kitchen supplies. 'Hyatt Place at Rea Farm was excellent. I do wish the pool wasn't seasonal but otherwise it was excellent. The area is super family and dog friendly as well. I think for the return on investment it's one of the better stays I've had recently. Highly recommended!'
