So I drove through the night, to get here before sunrise. Unfortunately the trail is closed until the visitor center is open, which was after sunrise. I was able to race down the trail and see why some 120-200 Navajo called this home at one point. It is perfectly placed to get shade through morning and a spring is nearby.

These trees were so contrasted with the red and gold cliffs and ground all around.

I was able to race down the trail and see why some 120-200 Navajo called this home at one point. It is perfectly placed to get shade through morning and a spring is nearby.
As I walked back up the path saw this dead tree. Even though I was only a mile or so away from the actual ruins, I could not imagine walking to and from that every day. It is thousands of feet in elevation gain/loss getting to the bottom of this canyon.

Très cher pour une petite chambre triste et mal aménagée. Papier qui se décolle, stores et fenêtres abîmés. Climatisation très bruyante. Produits de toilette placés trop haut .difficile de se servir sauf si on est grand. Prix excessif et sans petit déjeuner. A déconseiller

très bon accueil, hôtel et chambre extrêmement propre, chambre et literie très confortable. seul bémol c'est l'insonorisation, on entend marcher les clients des chambres au dessus comme si on y était

Le logement est convenable dans l'ensemble mais on aurait aimé etre informé qu'il n'y avait ni point d'eau ni douche, alors que celle ci est mentionnée. La climatization est un peu bruyante mais appreciable.
