"Great and very helpfull staff. Also, massive shoutout for being one of the few hotels who remained affordable during the Back to the Beginning concert weekend! My room was all the way in the back end of the hotel. The gentleman in charge at the reception offered to walk with me to my room. He insisted I would get lost if he didn't, and he was right. The hotel is much bigger than it looks: It toke several minutes to get to my room, and we had a great conversation on the way! The room itself was super clean and despite what Holiday Inn's costumer support chat told me: They do have a 24/7 reception and checkin Small side note for the hotel: Verify the information Holiday Inn's costumer support has about your hotel, since the phone number the chat agent gave me neither didn't work, but thankfully I was able to find the correct number online! Thank you for the stay and I'm looking forward to come back, sometime!"
