'Remote check ins just don’t work and without a reception it took more than 30 minutes to locate someone to fix our broken key for our unit access. Told that parking wasn’t available (although included in price) and had to park in open lot near the beach about 100m away, while a resort tradie has his truck parked undercover beside our unit. Only onsite dining was closed on a Tuesday and had to drive to find dining options. Not what you expect for a ‘Resort’ in the middle of the holiday period!!'

'Place was great and the food and live music at the attached establishment was awesome ! Only downside was that the bed was a tad uncomfortable and only 2 pillows for 2 people in total but over all great location and we would use this place as a stopover again.'

'Staff were hard to find on arrival even with a bell. One staff member sat at a table pretending not to be staff, I know this as I heard her telling the receptionist how she thought it funny!! German Roaches around electric jug. The room is in poor condition however other than the roaches and needing repairs it was clean. Shame because location is excellent. Room 20 23rd of Feb 2026'

'Das Zimmer war sauber. Der Service war gut. Die Balkonmöbel waren sehr billig und wackelig. Es war keine Küchenenrichtung vorhanden. Das war aber vorher klar. Es ist ein Business Hotel mit Konferenzraum. Frühstücksbuffet und Restaurant. Man ist fast gezwungen dort hinzugehen. Es hat einen schönen Pool. Das Bad war sauber und ordentlich. Es sollte aber bald renoviert werden. Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Ein Zugang zum Meer ist möglich. Für einen Kurzurlaub ist das Hotel ok.'

'This was a great option for the CBD. It was walkable to eateries and some shops. It is on a major highway/street in and out of town so use the crosswalks and perhaps carry a torch at night. The front desk staff was very nice and the parking areas were sufficient.'

'Great hotel. Don't go here if your seeking the newest styling, or the best kingsize bed in the world. Go here if you need a place to stay, and seeking great value for money. The water pressure is great, the amenities in the room on on par, a air-con and ceiling fan, freezer and fridge. everything you need is here. Room size is great ( room 20 ) and the pool, bbq, tennis and mini golf are a bonus. '
