'We were welcomed by staff and were given a great run down about places to go and things to see as we are not frequent visitors to the mountains. We stayed in the Parisienne room. What a gorgeous place. We opened the door and the first thing that caught my eye was the full window with a view of the beautiful trees, & such a gorgeous sight to see first thing in the morning. The room was excellent, with generous amount of items for breakfast. The bath was amazing and great after a day of walks...

'Very relaxing with all facilities and cosy fire for the night'

'This property is a gem.The place is meticulous with well maintained yard .The rooms quite modern and clean, would be nice to have toilet brushes in case of accidents. The food nicely cooked and delicious. Free parking just by the hotel yard. The staff were very helpful'

'Room was modern and clean, good coffee in room, check in process easy and everything nice & close by. Thank you. Will visit again'

'Good property to stay for peaceful surroundings and having choice of venues to dine in.Staff friendly and helpful.Only negative was we had an upstairs room and my wife and I both have bad osteoarthritis in our knees and hips.I did ask staff if we could change to a ground floor room but the property was fully booked. In future when booking I need to request for a ground floor room.'

'Clean facilities'

'It was lovely! If you are staying longer plan some entertainment to connect to tv!'

'This is a really good hotel in an excellent location, close to public transport , cinemas, restaurants and the whole Eastland shopping complex. The rooms are comfortable and clean. A restaurant is available and there's a good bar for a refreshing drink. We always stay here when in Ringwood, and the staff always make us feel as if we've come home'

'Ok for a night'

'The property is quite dated, but check in was good, plenty of parking, price is good.'

'This is not a hotel. Just room rental. Reception limited opening times. Contact phone adverted outside on reception no working, probably not even existing .No breakfast. No restaurant, no nothing '

'The apartment was very big, comfortable and well set up, particularly for the price. It was clean, although the dishwasher hadn't been unloaded and some of the dishes in the cupboard needed a bit of a wash. The curtain to the living area was semi-transparent though which was a little odd and I'm not sure how much could be seen in at night and the room looked directly into the windows of the next block. Also the balcony door didn't lock. None of these were really a problem just minor points....

'Aging buildings in superb location. Great value. Mostly for conferences, so casual visitors like us organise own food via local cafes in quaint nearby villages'

'Mooie bungalows, heerlijk restaurant met wijn van eigen estate. Bungalows voorzien van eten drinken voor ontbijt, prima geregeld '

'Consistently high standard with excellent staff and facilities. A bit more expensive than a suburban motel but more spacious.'

'Very nice, modern and spacious room with generous bathroom. Hard to fault really and we would certainly stay again.'
