« Overall stay was pleasurable. Nice cottage and quiet surrounds. Just a few things- Lucky key box was already open as we weren’t sent a code or check-in details. Cobwebs and dust hanging from windows, ceilings and fan was an eyesore. In the accommodation folder says bacon, eggs and yogurts were supplied for breakfast, no yoghurts, and weren’t expecting Aldi packaged sliced ham instead of bacon and Aldi prima’s. No curtain to cover the window facing the loft bedroom which let the hot sun beam...

« Other than being convenient to where I needed to be the hotel itself was lacking. Poorly repaired dings all over the walls, mould all through the bathroom, fixings falling off walls and cleaning staff left the toilet seat half off the toilet and felt this was acceptable. Poor WiFi, no on site restaurant/room service. Only stayed one night but would suggest paying the same price would get you a lot more elsewhere »

« Property was easy to check in and the front desk gentleman was very kind. The property itself is in need of upgrades. Carpets are worn. Elevator needs a spruce up. The room environmentally was dark, the temperature was comfortable and was very quiet despite being on a busy street. We didn't drive but there appeared to be adequate parking in the underground garage. The property felt safe. The housekeeping needs supervison. Room windows needed attention, tub had hair.
