'The property was well maintained but our room was never cleaned.Left at 9am and returned at 9pm and nothing was done. They claimed they had problems but we paid $200 a night and they didn't even replace the towels. The price should really be reduced for our inconvenience.I had to ask for fresh towels and I did get that.'

On the door, we found a welcome packet with a page inside directed to "Expedia Guest." A copy of this is attached. 'The facility gave my room away one hour before my arrival in an area that was completely booked and cited that they had a right to do that! Buyer beware do not stay at this establishment! Their word and your money mean nothing to them! My stay was prepaid! They gave my room away to another patron due to “technical difficulties” in the other patrons room who happened to be a Hilton member and they said they have a right to prioritize Hilton members over paid patrons rooms!!!! 'We needed a pet-friendly place for one night while traveling on I-81 and this Hampton Inn was perfect. It was an easy off and back on the highway, parking was ample and convenient, and the breakfast was actually quite good. There were several chain restaurants just a few steps away, so we didn't need to get in the car again once we parked it. If I had packed bathing suits, I might have enjoyed the small outdoor pool that was very inviting after hours on the road.'
