This family-friendly, pet-friendly, beautiful, two-story home is located in popular Sierra Pines located a little more than a mile from the Village of Shaver Lake.
There are 4 bedrooms (sleeps 14 in beds plus 4 more in a convertible sofa and rollaway beds) and 3 full baths so there is plenty of room for large gatherings and year-round vacation. Along with a full two car garage to keep your vehicles out of the snow and pine needles, the main level features an open floor plan with walls of windows to enjoy the beautiful forest setting. Cozy up in front of the gas fireplace surrounded by a stone hearth. The kitchen is accented with beautiful knotty pine cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. It is fully outfitted for the chef complete with gourmet knife set, spices, small appliances and everything else you might need to prepare your favorite meals. Off the living room is a large private deck perfect for those summer BBQs. Propane BBQ is hooked up to the house for an endless supply of fuel.
The garage doubles as a 500sf game room complete with 55” TV, Blue-ray, internet video streaming, dart board and ping pong with many other games and activities to be added in the coming months. Living room has large flat screen TV with Blue-ray player and internet streaming. You can play music from your device through the sound system in both the Living Room and the Game Room. Broadband Wi-Fi is available throughout the home.
Downstairs there is a full bath near the living room. Upstairs you will find the luxurious Master Suite complete with large Jacuzzi tub along with 3 additional bedrooms and an additional full bath. All bathrooms are complete with granite countertops and knotty pine cabinetry. Our retreat comfortably sleeps 14 with convertible sofas and rollaway folding beds. Our “cabin” is prepared and ready for you to come visit and start enjoying the mountain air at Shaver Lake.
Shaver Lake has year-round activities. In the summer there is water skiing, wakeboarding, and sea-doos that can be rented at the Shaver Lake Marina. There are numerous other lakes, creeks, waterfalls, and hiking trails of all levels of intensity to suit everyone from the casual walker to the most aggressive mountaineer. In the winter there is world class snow skiing at China Peak/Sierra Summit. They have plenty of good quality gear for rent so you can leave the bulky equipment at home and come enjoy the best skiing for literally hundreds of miles.
