'We had booked 2 separate suites but they ran out or didn’t have them clean so they ‘upgraded’ us to one 2 bedroom unit. The counter had rice on it and had dried food on it. We had to scrub it down before we could use it. Everything else was neat and clean. Breakfast was what you’d expect. Staff was very polite. '

'First, I keep coming back here when I travel to see my parents. Value is outstanding! Big rooms that are a bit outdated, but the bed and pillows are super comfortable. Coffee is outstanding. But the highlight of the trip is the warm welcome from the lady at the front desk! It feels like coming home!'

'The man at the front desk was very helpful. But he was given more jobs to handle than is reasonable. The room was run down. Poor shower - the diverter from spout to shower directed little of the water flow to the shower head. Coffee but no coffee maker. No hand soap in bathroom. Toilet would keep running, I had to open and put the stopper down. Refrigerator was noisy. '

'Very disappointed with this stay. The hotel claims to be smoke-free but the smell of smoke was extremely strong as soon as we stepped off the elevator and inside our room. It was so bad it gave me a headache, and even opening the windows didn’t help. I also reserved a room with two queen beds but was given a king bed instead due to a “maintenance issue,” which was frustrating since it wasn’t what I paid for. When I went to the front desk about the smoke smell, I was told the whole building...

'We were sent to the top floor. Around 4am the ceiling began to leak and got our belongings wet. I went to the front desk to report the situation, I was only offered to switch to the room across the hall. And forced to make multiple trips up and down the elevator because the receptionist wanted the other room key back. The manager refused to make the situation right by doing a discount for the major inconvenience. We were never able to get back to sleep after all of the shuffling in the middle of...
