'I can't say enough good about this hotel except for it was EXCELLENT. This was an extremely clean place to stay. The staff from the front desk to the kitchen to the bar tenders were all friendly and attentive. Angela and Bryan - I can't say enough good about these two fine people. They waited on sooooo many people and were constantly stopping and cleaning the eating area also. I saw the Manager quite a few times and even though I didn't catch his name, I heard him tell his staff "I'm on it"...

Breakfast was not diabetic friendly though, only sugar sweetened cereals, yogurt was good but it was also not light or sugar free. Lots of. Carbohydrates which are a no no for diabetics. Bagals, muffins, oatmeal, waffles but no sugar free syrup ! No bread for toast, no fresh fruit. The entree they had was the same all 3 days and it was scrambled eggs and cheese baked on half...

'It was infested with ants we had ants crawling all over us in the bed the countertops everywhere also they were getting in our bags and purses, so we carried them out of the hotel as well the room smelt like mold it had a leak in the shower to where it was dripping on the floor. Also, the bed mattress cover had crusty food on it, and they just put a clean sheet over top of it without changing out the bed cover I would not recommend that hotel I was extremely disappointed They also did not have a...

'The bathroom smelled like sweat and mildew. There was all kinds of stuff on the floor next to the bed. There was some type of food on the couch and the couch smelled like sweat pretty bad and the floors was so sticky my shoes kept sticking to them.'

'Everything was closed, The beds were made and that part appeared clean, but there was an old piece of pizza literally lying on the floor. We did not address this with the staff, as we struggled to find any hotel room in cincinnati for that night and this was the only one. It was overpriced to begin with, but certainly very disappointing and disgusting. Most of the amenities were closed, including the workout room and the pool as well.'
