'The staff at the hotel were excellent, extremely friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Entering the room there was an odour issue, this was alleviated after turning on the AC for an hour or so, the following day the AC was turned off by cleaning and the odour issue returned again. Breakfast could be improved, both in terms of options available and quality of food served. The hotel also lacked amenities with no gym (even if basic). 'Clean room, activites are a bit overrated. There is one small area where all 5 games are to be played, so it becomes a bit crowded. Breakfast buffet needs a lot of improvement. Paid food was too tasty, so breakfast can also be tasty. Service is extremely fast, kudos to that'

'The activities coordinator/manager is a creep. We went for new years. His name is Ranjit. Girls, please beware. He was drunk and kept telling me to go into the woods with him to collect wood. I said no and he tried to hold my hand. Thankfully, I ran away before things got any worse. The next day we tried to find his supervisor to complain but he was nowhere in sight.'

'The property was pretty far off from the Kasauli town and the approach road was a narrow winding road full of dirt and potholes. Construction work os also going on. Everytime you decide to visit anybolace, means 30-45 mins of bumpy roads. The staff is pretty indifferent. Called housekeeping, the phone kept ringing and then ended up picked up at reception and the receptionist asked me to called to call the extension again.
