'Top locatie, personeel vriendelijk, schone comfortabel kamer'

'It is a beautiful hotel with a great location and friendly staff. The room was nicely decorated and breakfast was tasty.'

'The front desk and cleaning staff were great. We loved the breakfast. The laundry machines were useful and convenient you like shopping, the hotel is next door to the Chunxi Road Pedestrian Street and the Chengdu IFS mall.'

'Fantastic hotel, lovely clean room in a great location, very helpful staff, super easy check in and check out, food was even great! Highly recommended to anyone visiting Chengdu!'

'The hotel was in a good location and walking distance to IFS. I liked that it was one block away and the staff were very lovely. It is a lot less chaotic staying one block away (extra 4 min walk) than right in the centre. The staff were also very pleasant and a lot of nice restaurants to try.'

'perfect'

'clean room, helpful staff and amazing location, close to basically the usual spots you would want to visit for your first time in chengdu. lots of food and convenience stores in walking distance too. available to do laundry for free in the hotel but im not sure if they had a gym as advertised, didnt see it anywhere'

'Breakfast was ordinary. Tables had mess all over them. Breakfast needed to be topped up it was only 730am and there were only two Overcooked eggs. Selection needs to be better we weren’t impressed.'

'Very nice hotel. Excellent service. Personels ate friendly and helpful. Unlike many other hotels, they speak good English.'

'The personnel in this hotel were so kind and helpful, our room was large with a very comfortable bed and a very modern bathroom. Very clean, very quiet, convenient for shops and restaurants. Highly recommended.'

Minder...

'Nothing to complain. Self serve free laundry is a great bonus. Lots of restaurants nearby and interesting places to see. Cleaning staff did an excellent job.'

'The staff is professional and friendly.'

'The hotel is great. The staff were amazing and so helpful especially Carter who helped us communicate and organize our day with the non english speaking driver we hired for the day. His help was so appreciated and because of him we had a fun sightseeing day. I will recommend this hotel to fellow travelers.'

'The receptionists could be more proactive in communicating with guests.'

'很舊，房間很多雜聲，花灑水壓不夠，非吸煙房間還是有煙味。'

'prima hotel voor deze prijs. zal hier zeker weer komen. '
