'After a white knuckle drive over the pass through dense fog, this guesthouse was a welcome sight. Attractive place within easy waking distance to town and restaurants. All eleven rooms were occupied, but you'd never guess because it was so quiet. We had a triple room with a view of town and a huge ferry. Shared bathroom, but we never had to wait to use them. Comfortable bed, good reading light, several outlets available for charging electronics. One of those coffee machines with multiple options...

'Blabjorg is an exceptional place. The location is great, the rooms are fantastic, the personel is super friendly&we loved the spa even though at this point it is only indoor since they are repairing the outdoor spa because of storm damage last year. As well great breakfast, really nice diner and a stunningly cute village!'

'We had a nice stay with a very helpfull guestlady and owner who helped us out a lot when we were unfortunate enough to encounter a flat tire. The surroundings of this hotel are beautiful with the mountains and fjord to look over. Breakfast was nice with local icelandic bread.'

'The hotel and the location are amazing, walking distance to everything. Great views of the mountains and the whole town. Only problem we had was getting a place to have breakfast, the hotel recommends Hotel Aldan but we showed up at 8 in the morning and they did not have breakfast available (there was a group that was having breakfast) but they told us that they didn't have for the 2 of us. Only coffee was available?! Other than that a great stay, but be aware of maybe packing your own food in...

'This property was cute, quaint, and cozy. The upstairs are steep and narrow which could make it difficult for an elderly or disabled person. I found that it was difficult cooking for 3 in terms of how the kitchen was equipped (no steamer or strainer capability). The laundry facilities are in an external building. Was only able to do 3 loads of laundry in 1 1/2 days. The village was enchanting. '
