Great house!

Perfect location. Beautiful house! We would rent it again! Loved that they gave us plenty of starter supplies (soap, paper towels, trash bags etc). Had so much fun with the games and theatre room.

Amazing Views

We had a a glorious and magical time staying at Summit 85. The pool was enjoyed by all the grandkids. The views from the decks were spectacular! I loved that every bedroom had a private bathroom! The pool table and the theater room gave us hours of entertainment! We even saw a bear next to the property and several in the neighborhood. Amazing!

AMAZING!!!!

We just returned from a 7 night stay at Summit85 with a group of 17! Upon entering the house it was hard to believe that the pictures cannot even do it justice!!!!!! The views were breathtaking, the rooms were clean and bright, the amenities were even more than described! The 11 childrn ranged from ages 3-16 and would have been happy to never have had to leave the house!! The pool was amazing, the movie room so comfy and huge, we loved the hot tub, the upstairs games, it all was perfect! When we did venture out, everything was easily accessible! We miss it so much already and can’t wait to go back! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! It blew us away!

Amazing!

House was absolutely perfect! Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed! Check in was smooth and communication was great! Owner called to let us know of inclement weather and road conditions - suggested we take our time checking out due to freezing temps. We will definitely come back!!

Couldn’t Dream Of A Better View

We’ve stayed in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area several times but this home hosted the best view we’ve ever had. When I say that pictures do no justice, I mean it. The house is filled with so many things to do, we never once were sitting still even if we wanted to. From playing pool, to shuffleboard, to swimming, to the hot tub… We had the best time and created memories to last forever. The drive up to the home is simple and on great quality roads which we value in this area. If there were any issues they were solved IMMEDIATELY by the host and we are so thankful for the great communication and promptness. I would recommend this home & host to anyone!!

Great place for large groups

We have a cousins trip every year and stayed here while visiting the Great Smoky Mountains. Everyone loved the house and the fun interactions it provided with ping pong, pool table, swimming pool, and large communal spaces. Fantastic!

just perfect for a family reunion!

This vrbo home was perfect for us! we had a group of 13 for a family reunion which includes 5 children from ages 3-8; and we all had a wonderful time, here. it was so nice being away from the hustle bustle of pigeon forge and gatlinburg, which were about 35-40 min away. the home is located on a mountain so the roads are steep and winding, which also takes some time to drive up/down. you'll have to bring your own spices/cooking ingredients, coffee filters and some cooking utensils if you are particular about these things. the pool, hot tub, theatre room and 2 dish washers/fridges are a major plus.

50th Anniversary with Family

Beautiful views; kids loved the pool; adults loved the shuffleboard; gathering place around the gas firepit early mornings and evenings; loves the long dining table inside and outdoor dining. All of our children and grandchildren together for the first time in years.

I thought the property was extremely nice. The family enjoyed it very much. We do this every year and stay in very nice houses. This compared favorably. The only concern was that the main floor tub was difficult to access by my wife who has mobility issues. High sides and no grab bars. Couldn’t use the walk-in showers because of the stairs. Otherwise super!

Summit 85 was wonderful...VRBO very Poor

Our experience with Summit 85 and their owners was wonderful. The property was as stated. Large, spacious with plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed everything...the pool, hot tub, shuffle board, pool table, ping pong table and the theater room. We cooked on the grill and enjoyed sitting around the fire pit at night. All in all...5 stars!!! Dealing with VRBO, on the other hand was terrible. We had to shorten our stay by one night. We did this well in advance of our stay. Summit 85 immediately revised our agreement. When I called VRBO about a refund for that day, they said I would have to talk to a supervisor. The supervisor was not available and I was told they would return my call that day. I never heard from them. If you check VRBO reviews online, you will find this is typical. Zero stars for VRBO customer service. Hopefully, this review will lead to a phone call from VRBO.

My family and I stayed at this property April 7th to April 13th. We had the absolute best time.

My family and I stayed at this property from 4/7 to 4/13. We had the absolute best time. The location was beautiful. The house was I. The Smokey mountains and built into the side. I am an ocean person but I could not get enough of the Smokey Mountain View’s. The house itself was super clean and exactly as advertised. The kids loved loved loved the indoor poor. We loved sitting around the fire pit with the doors open and looking at the view. The property managers were extremely responsive and even came on Easter Sunday to drop off a gas tank for the grill and make sure it was working properly for us. Wonderful wonderful vacation!
