The property is gorgeous and the kitchen/living room was amazing. My crew was able to spread out and enjoy each other’s company without being on top of each other. However, my husband is wheelchair bound and there was several inconveniences we had to endure. (I wish one rental cabin entrepreneur would talk with a people with different disabilities and handicaps before coming up with a floor plan.) One complaint: the elevator is too small for a wheelchair & nearly impossible to use. One suggestion: a shower chair for 80 year olds that can’t stand for very long would have been sooo helpful.Several compliments: 1.communication & any property issues was addressed immediately.(Thank you) 2. Folding ramp was a pleasant surprise. (Thank you) 3. Ice maker was another pleasant surprise. (Thank you) 4. Upgraded appliances and main floor laundry was awesome! (Thank you) 5. Main floor bed was dreamy! If I could have gotten it in my trunk…the temptation would have been real! (Thank you) and finally 6. Having a table that all of my family could sit down and have a meal together was wonderful! (Thank you) All in all it is a beautiful & luxurious home and we sooo enjoyed your hospitality. Thank you!

Plenty to do in this cabin with everything you could possibly need. We had an amazing time and everyone enjoyed the pool! We had family of all ages from 5 weeks to 60 years old. The only thing that was bothersome was thermostat downstairs did not work. Definitely recommend this rental!

We stayed here for five nights with a group of 14 and had a wonderful experience. The cabin was spacious and fit our family perfectly. The kids loved the pool, the hot tub was a favorite, and the game room (especially the shuffleboard table) was a big hit. The movie theater was great, and the seating was super comfortable and fit our group perfectly. The kitchen had plenty of space and storage, and the ice maker was especially convenient for our family. We specifically chose this cabin for the elevator, which made it much easier for our grandparent to get around. The only minor issues were that the two downstairs bunk bedroom doors had trouble fully closing and the shared bunk bathroom shower developed a slight odor after the first day of use. These were very small concerns and did not impact our stay at all. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful family vacation with members ranging from 7 months to 70. Everyone loved the house and all of the amenities. Check in process was simple and any questions were promptly answered. It is a great location and beautiful area. I highly recommend Smoky Mountain Masterpiece. We all would love to come back.

Exactly what the family needed

The property was what we were looking for and we were not surprised by anything in the house not being inline with the description. The property management responded quickly via text with any questions that we may have had. For example, there was one issue with a fire pit not working. It was obvious when I looked at it that a prior renter damaged the internals in a way that was not to obvious. When it was brought up, a new fire pit was brought to the property within a day. I would recommend staying at this property.

This house was perfect for our extended family vacation. It has things for all ages to enjoy and a lot of comfortable seating. The pool and theater were a huge hit with the kids and teens, and the back porch with the Adirondack chairs along with the hot tub was the favorite amongst the adults. Great house and wonderful views.

The house is lovely with wonderful amenities. The kids loved the games, theater room, and indoor pool. These came in handy for the one day that was rainy. There is a ramp that is in the front closet that you can set up for the couple of steps you have at the front door. Just a fyi if you have someone with bad knees don't have them sit on the couch. It is a comfortable couch but low to the geound so harder for that person to get up without assistance. We would love to stay at this house again in the future.

Great location, beautiful scenery, quiet, lots of space, fun for the hole family

We had a Large group- ages ranging from 5-63. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. The kids loved the pool room and the adults loved the hot tub just as much. The arcade games were a hit and the theater room was comfy cozy! There were enough bathrooms in the house that no one was waiting in line. And dishes galore! The huge island made Mel prepping and eating together a breeze there was room for all Of us to sit and enjoy a meal together. I can not say enough great things about this house! I can’t leave out the elevator either! This was an amazing feature especially for moving luggage up and down levels. No lugging up the stairs! BOOK this house!!! YOU WONT BE DISSAPPONTED!

Perfect space with lots of common areas

We had a group of 4 families, covering elementary school children to grandparents. This house was great. There were lots of common areas for us to spread out and even an elevator to help those that needed it to get between the floors faster. One downside, that I didn’t realize prior to arriving is that the movie room and pool are in an adjacent building. Still part of the property and private to the renter, but you have to go outside to access them. We also had a problem with ladybugs in the house. Idk if it was the time of year, weather or what, but we didn’t want the house sprayed or treated while we were there so there wasn’t much that could be done, although the owners were kind enough to have someone come vacuum them up for us after a couple days. The location was great, just be prepared for steep roads and a 20-25m drive to about anywhere in Seiverville/Pigeon Forge due to the mountain location….but the views are worth it!

We chose to stay here due to the proximity to our wedding venue (The Trillium) and it was absolutely beautiful! The house was incredible and had more than enough space for our bridal party. We had a slight issue with the power going out (our fault) while we were steaming dresses and the hosts responded immediately to help us fix the problem. The pool overlooking the mountains was amazing and with all of the amenities we were happy spending time in the cabin!
