The fully stocked kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a Keurig and drip coffee maker, and all the essentials for preparing meals after a day of exploring. The adjacent dining space invites everyone to gather and dine together in comfort.



The house offers four inviting bedrooms, including one king room, two with queen beds, and one with a full/twin combo—plus a sleeper sofa in the living room. In total, the home sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably with flexible sleeping arrangements. Two full bathrooms serve the house, making it convenient for families or groups.



Entertainment continues in the game room, which features an air hockey table, board games, and a large TV. The Neighborhood:

The house is located in Sevierville in a perfect little community and is only a few miles to Pigeon Forge! There is a community pool to enjoy during the warm months and there is so much to see and do in the area with shopping theme parks, water parks, and Dollywood.

*NO PETS ALLOWED!

* Surveillance on exterior of home

*Please note the driveway to this home is very steep

*Hot tub takes a few hours to heat up after they have been cleaned in case the water is not hot when you check in.

* All refunds from cancellations may be subject to a 4% credit card processing fee depending on how you booked the property, meaning some listing sites may have the fee and some may not.

*We cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day.

*NO PARKING IN THE ROAD!

*All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance, or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.

*Community pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

*Guests must be at least 21 years old to book this listing.
