The hot tub was not clean. Which was a bummer we picked it because we wanted one. I asked them a couple times about earlier check in and they never responded back. Other than that a decent stay.

My son picked out this cabin for our road trip during his Spring Break from school. We are from Maryland so we drove from MD to VA for 1 day of sking than from VA to TN to this cabin. We were super excited about the hot tub and the pool table. We arrived around 1am or 2am in the morning. The cabin was easy to find no problems. We did not recieve our code to get in the door the day before so we messaged the owners who did respond pretty quickly. They said they sent an email, but for some reason we did not get it. We had no problem getting in the cabin. The cabin was small but cute. Upon arrival of course we needed to use the bathroom only to find 2 dead rodents in the toilet. The smell was awful. I am not sure how long theu were in there, but it was gross. We did not use the kitchen at all aftet this becuase after looking around and opening cabinets there were plenty of mouse droppings. The next day we decided to tey out the hot tub. After taking the cover off we decided not to use the hottub. It looked like it was in the process of being taken apart in the corner parts were floating. The inside walls of the hot tub were peeling and stuff was floating. It was disgusting and not acceptable. The pool table was omay everytime you hit a ball in the pockets they would fall on the floor and roll. I did measage the owners and send them photos of the dead rodennts in the toliet and mwntioned the mouse droppings and the hot tub being dirty, but never heard back.

The cabin was clean. But we never got a code to the door luckily it was unlocked when we got there but I messaged and called the host and Vrbo support and I still never got a code/key for the door we had to leave the door unlocked when we left with all our stuff inside which I didn’t like at all, And never once got in touch with the host Vrbo support couldnt either. The pool table was also dirty and the bedroom light didn’t work but it had lamps so it wasn’t a huge issue there was a few other thing messed up but Overall all it was okay.

This was, without question, the worst rental experience we’ve had. We left one night early because we could not tolerate another evening there. There was no soap anywhere in the house — no hand soap, dish soap, or body soap. We arrived in the middle of the night after a long drive and couldn’t even wash our hands after using the bathroom. Completely unacceptable. This property is not suitable for six guests as advertised. Four at most. The “queen” beds were actually full-size. There were only six towels total. No extra linens except a dirty wadded blanket in a closet. The pullout couch was unusable — dirty mattress and no sheets. Blankets were paper thin despite freezing temperatures. The house clearly had not been properly prepared. We checked in February 14 and the Christmas tree was still up. The fridge wasn’t connected to water. Floors were dirty, and there wasn’t even a dustpan available to clean them ourselves. The water smelled strongly of sulfur, making showers nearly unbearable. Most amenities were broken or unusable: pool table baskets broken, only one usable cue stick, arcade machine partially working with a broken pedal, wall games falling down, hot tub had a substance in it that caused rashes, and a bathroom towel rod was “repaired” with plastic wrap and hidden under a towel. The dining table only seats four, so our family of six couldn’t even eat together. We attempted to contact the owner with our complaints and received no response.

Ice maker broke microwave hasn't worked in years according to review by previous guest pool table messed up pocket drops balls on floor the game machine was broke according to reviews broke a long time everything we mentioned driveway hard to get up luckily I brought a four-wheel drive too narrow too steep guests need to be warned. Other than that it's a nice place if everything work like it should did never bother the host we just read the reviews once we found all this stuff not working nearly every good point of this cabin had a problem the pool table the microwave the ice maker the driveway very rough to maneuver but t the cabin was cozy and clean

The pool table was not useable, the pockets where open, not holding the balls, the microwave does not work and the ice maker in the refrigerator does not work. Most of the apps on the TV where blocked and not useable, one TV in the bock bed room is not connected to the internet and not useable, batteries in remotes are dead, all but one.Drive way need work.

Property and cabin were nice and secluded. Was disappointed that the game system was not working. It appears that the pedal was broken. This was one thing them kids were excited to have, and that was a factor in selecting cabins. Also, had many lights out in the fixtures, TP holder was broken, and towel rack was badly bent in first bathroom. More bugs than expected in back room and trash from previous parties was left under the bed.

Love the location on the house

The location of the house was perfect for us. Its 5-15 minutes away from everything you want to see and do. My only complaints are the beds a full size not queen and the hot tub need a good cleaning. It has a lot of hard water and other build up in it. Also note GPS may take you across the street from where the house is located.

The cabin was great. Close to everything but yet secluded for privacy. The host was absolutely great, communicated with us the whole time. The living room tv would not work properly and they delivered a new tv and had it set up quickly. Enjoyed the property, hot tub, pool table and everything. Would absolutely stay again. Great cabin

We loved the cabin and the pool table and hot tub! Very private. The owner was great communicating with us and let us check in early per our request! We could have used a warning about the steep incline to the cabin. When we first arrived, the water had a sulfur smell but that went away after the first day. Besides that, everything was perfect! Thank you for a great stay!

Great Location!

If you’re looking for proximity to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, look no further! Spacious and secluded. There are a few things that could help the place out a bit, creature comforts if you will. Didn’t use the hot tub because it looked dirty and no response from owner on how long since it had been tended to. Hanging clothes are good to go. But no dressers anywhere for anything else. We used the pool table, haha!

Great place!

This cabin was so cute and in a quiet area. No one could see us there! It was clean and uncluttered. We loved that it had the bedrooms separated by the kitchen with their own full bathrooms right outside the bedroom doors since we had 2 adult couples staying there. The pool table was a fun addition as it got really cold a couple of the nights we were there and didn’t want to get out. We really enjoyed our stay.

Awesome cabin!

Very homey cabin in the woods. Right by everything you’d want to visit, very clean and comfortable inside with room to hang outside. Private despite its location, which was a big plus! Would definitely recommend for a couple’s retreat or small family.
