Welcome to Whatever Floats Your Boat, our newly constructed lake cabin with breathtaking views of Lake Douglas and the amazing Great Smoky Mountains! Our 4-bedroom, 3-bath cabin is a scenic 20-minute drive to all of the Pigeon Forge area attractions and features all-new furniture/appliances with the ability to comfortably sleep up to 12 guests. Our guests will enjoy unlimited access to high speed WiFi, Level 2 ChargePoint EV Charger and a plethora of entertainment options throughout our cabin

We strive to provide the best possible guest experience! Guests are encouraged to message us directly with any questions leading up to their stay. Alternatively, we provide our cell phone number to guests upon booking for any questions pertaining to their stay.

Our cabin is located in the highly anticipated Lake Haven subdivision on Douglas Lake. The neighborhood is located about 20 minutes from Sevierville. All access roads to the cabin are paved. Guests are permitted to access the community dock, beach area, outdoor fire pits, and hiking trails within the resort.

Guests are permitted to access all rooms of the house except for the owner's closet.

At 2291 square feet and spread out over 3 levels, our Board & Batten-style cabin features expansive 14-foot ceilings and white interior tongue & groove walls throughout the home that really enriches the individual spaces and creates the ideal atmosphere to relax and unwind.

This cabin is EXTREMELY BEAUTIFUL!! The pictures shows you a little but most definitely more to see. Cara and Josh are some outstanding host. Everything was BEAUTIFUL! Entering through the front door, guests will find themselves immersed in the kitchen and family room with an open floor concept. Our fully equipped kitchen features all new stainless-steel appliances and cookware with a high-top dining table that seats up 6 people. Guests can settle in for an evening movie together on the 65” TCL Roku Smart TV while snuggling up to the cozy electric fireplace. Also situated on the first floor are two master king bedrooms each with sliding glass door deck access, 50” TCL Roku TV, two nightstands, wireless alarm clock charger/USB charging tower, chest of drawers, and ensuite full bathrooms. One bathroom contains a tiled shower and glass door and the other has a combination shower/tub useful for bathing children but also large enough for adults. Guests can also access the deck through the family room sliding glass door to fully appreciate the phenomenal lake views and also access the outdoor dining accommodations (with seating up to 6 people), Weber Gas Grill, and two rocking chairs. Ascending the stairs to the second level, guests will find two additional living spaces open to below. The first area contains a sleeping nook with two twin-over-twin bunk beds (each bed containing its own overhead reading light) that is perfect for children, two bean bag chairs, a dresser/night stand, and 40” TCL Roku Smart TV. The second area contains a bar-height pub table with seating for 4 that is perfect for gaming/working and two swinging egg chairs for guests to relax and enjoy. Descending the stairs from the first level into the basement, guests will enter into the amenities-packed game room which contains a 7’ pool table with new felt and 48-58” pool cues, 10’ weathered black shuffleboard table, custom live-edge bar table with 3 barstools, 65” TCL Roku Smart TV, sleeper sofa, and a full-size, custom-made 2-player Arcade Cabinet with over 16,000 games (including Classic Arcade, Atari, Nintendo, Super Nintendo, Nintendo 64, Sega, Dreamcast, and Playstation games). Additionally positioned in the basement is the 3rd full bathroom with stand-up shower and 3rd king bedroom which also contains sliding glass door deck access opening to the deck with two swinging egg chairs to take in the view, 43” TCL Roku TV, wireless alarm clock charger/USB charging tower, and chest of drawers.

Additional Information:
Resort amenities available to our guests include a community beach/dock, outdoor fire pits, and hiking trails. There is also a common area with breath-taking lake views and bench swings overlooking the view.

Pet Policy:
A maximum of two dogs are allowed on the property. There is an additional $100 pet fee per dog that is due at the time of booking. Aggressive breeds and puppies under the age of 1 are not permitted on the Property. Dogs must be housebroken and approval of ages/breeds must be obtained from the Host at the time of booking. No other pets are allowed on the property.

About Douglas Lake:
Douglas Lake is a scenic 30,000-acre reservoir nestled in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains, offering stunning views and endless opportunities for outdoor fun. The lake is perfect for boating, fishing, kayaking, and swimming—especially in the warmer months when water levels are at their highest. Guests should note that Douglas Lake is a man-made reservoir managed by the TVA (Tennessee Valley Authority), so water levels fluctuate throughout the year. Typically, the lake begins to rise in the spring (April–May) and reaches full pool by summer, making it ideal for water recreation. In the fall and winter (starting around mid-September), the lake is gradually lowered for flood control and maintenance, which means shoreline access and views may vary seasonally. Whether you're visiting during high or low water, the beauty of the lake and surrounding mountain scenery never disappoints!

Primary guest must be at least 23 years old to book and will be asked to provide a valid photo ID and review and electronically sign our rental agreement upon booking. Up to 2 dogs of a non-aggressive breed each weighing less than 65 lbs are permitted at the property and must be approved by the Host upon booking. A $100 nonrefundable pet fee per dog is due at the time of booking.

Max of 8 adults and 4 kids. Top bunks are not safe for adults.
