INDOOR HEATED POOL
For those looking to indulge in relaxation, step into your very own indoor heated pool. This luxurious feature allows for year-round swimming and enjoyment, regardless of the weather outside. The pool is kept at a comfortable temperature in the upper 70’s or low 80’s, making it refreshing yet perfect for everyone to enjoy. The pool room is secured with a door code and an alarm system, ensuring peace of mind for you and your loved ones. Enjoy the freedom of swimming while knowing safety is a top priority. It’s the perfect place for family fun, exercise, or simply unwinding after a long day.

Our indoor pool is kept around 85°F, and the pool room air temperature is typically around 83°F. Because this is an enclosed indoor pool space, the room will feel warmer and more humid than the rest of the cabin. This is normal for indoor pool rooms and helps maintain the proper pool environment. We’ve also upgraded the pool room with a new dehumidifier to help better manage humidity and keep the space more comfortable for guests.

PETS
We warmly welcome up to 2 dogs to join your stay! There is a $100 fee per dog. If you're bringing more than one, please let us know in advance. To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you bring waste bags and clean up after your pets, helping us keep the property in great shape for all guests.

PARKING
Rest easy with convenient, free parking right in front of the cabin! Enjoy convenient parking for up to two cars to the right of the cabin, with additional parking spaces available across the driveway.

SECURITY FEATURES
To enhance the safety of our guests, we've recently installed a new pool alarm, meeting the latest safety requirements for pool cabins. This is in addition to the other security features we have in place, which include several locks, loud audible alarms that are simple to activate, and an exterior security camera to ensure peace of mind during your stay. These measures are specifically designed to prevent children from accessing the pool without supervision.

NEIGHBORHOOD
Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this cabin offers a peaceful retreat while still being conveniently close to local attractions. Enjoy the serene surroundings, perfect for unwinding and reconnecting with nature. Despite the tranquility, you’ll find a variety of nearby activities to keep your days filled with adventure. We kindly ask that you respect our friends and neighbors by avoiding loud or large parties. Please treat the neighbors as you would if you lived here, fostering a peaceful environment for everyone.

SMART STAY AND EASY CHECK-IN
To make your arrival as smooth and stress-free as possible, we use a secure digital guest portal powered by SuiteOp—no app needed. Before your stay, you’ll receive a simple link to complete a quick ID verification, choose between a refundable security deposit or a low-cost damage waiver, and sign the rental agreement.

This helps us keep everything safe and secure while giving you a faster, contactless check-in experience. Once you’re set, you’ll have everything you need in one place—your door code, check-in details, house guide, local tips, and even options like early check-in or late checkout. Easy, convenient, and all at your fingertips.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, which is why we have a flexible cancellation policy in place. If you cancel your booking more than 14 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a full refund of the total booking amount. If you cancel more than 7 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable. However, we will do our best to accommodate any change requests, subject to availability and applicable fees.

CLEANING FEE
Our cleaning fee is designed to ensure transparency and support our dedicated cleaning team, who are compensated with living wages to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service throughout your stay. This fee also includes a unique damage protection policy, providing peace of mind during your visit. It’s not a profit-driven charge, but one that helps maintain the quality of your experience. Guests often praise our attention to cleanliness, and we’re committed to making sure every detail of your stay is perfect. We're always available to promptly address any concerns, ensuring you can relax and enjoy your time in our home.
