Nestled in the heart of an open living space are a comfortable sofa, loveseat,

and comfy recliner that invite you to relax and soak in the warmth and comfort

of this cozy space. Bathed in natural light, this area is enhanced by the

flickering glow of the gas fireplace, creating a cozy ambiance perfect for

relaxation and family gatherings. The flat-screen TV offers endless

entertainment options for watching your favorite shows or movies. The rustic

charm of the decor complements the inviting seating arrangement, making it an

ideal spot for unwinding after a long day exploring with friends and family.



Kitchen/ Dining:



Step into the kitchen with sleek stainless steel appliances, including a

stove, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher, making cooking and cleanup a

breeze. A coffee maker sits ready for your morning brew, while a convenient

pantry offers storage. Gather around the 6-person dining table for family

meals or enjoy a quick bite at the small breakfast bar with seating for two

with stools. This inviting area is perfect for entertaining or casual dining,

Game Room:



Just off the living room, the fun game room awaits. It boasts a Pac-Man arcade

game, a checkerboard, and a chess game awaits on the table. Challenge friends

and family to a game of Foosball. This is an excellent space for the whole

family to come together and make memories, but when the adults want a break,

the kids can play but still be in sight. A set of twin bunk beds provides

extra space for guests at bedtime.



Sunroom:

windows that frame stunning mountain views. This inviting space features a

comfortable futon, perfect for lounging or transforming into a cozy sleeping

area for guests. Bathed in natural light, the sunroom is an ideal retreat for

relaxation, reading, or enjoying a peaceful nap while surrounded by the beauty

of the outdoors. With four additional chairs for seating, embrace the perfect

blend of comfort and tranquility in this charming escape. The laundry room is

located directly off the sunroom and is equipped with a full-size washer,

dryer, and countertop for your convenience.

Outdoor Spaces:



Step onto the spacious deck and enjoy the stunning mountain views with

towering trees along the Smoky Mountain hills. Sip hot coffee or southern

sweet tea from one of the rocking chairs or seating areas or lounge at the

table with friends. Soak in the hot tub to soothe the day's stress or enjoy

the starry night sky. When it's time for dinner, grill a delicious barbeque

meal on the charcoal grill. If you want to cool off on warm summer days, visit

the Honeysuckle Meadows Public Pool which is near the cabin. Admission to the

pool is $5 per person.



Location/ Roads / Parking:



This cabin is easily accessible by motorcycle and vehicle, with no uphill

roads. It has level parking for four vehicles. Dollar General, Kroger, and

Food City are nearby. It is just 5 minutes from the Smoky Mountains, 15

minutes to Pigeon Forge, and 25 minutes to Gatlinburg. With such a great

location, you're just a short drive from everything downtown Pigeon Forge has

to offer.

Our area has so many fun and entertaining attractions for all ages. Start with

adventure when you ride coasters at Dollywood, win a game of putt-putt golf,

race go-karts, splash at waterparks, mine for gems, visit museums, and oh-so-

much more! For outdoor fun, you can explore the Great Smoky Mountains National

Park, where you can hike to waterfalls, horseback ride through valleys, picnic

by a river, and fly fish! Once the thrills and adventure are over, visit the

Tanger Outlets and local boutiques, where you can shop until you drop. Enjoy

local cuisine, from southern family-style restaurants to chef-cooked meals at

dinner time. After dinner, you can find a sweet shop on every corner to

satisfy that sweet tooth before returning to the property.



Special Dates:

Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check-

ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, or Christmas Day.



Check-In:

4pm - There is NO check-in office; you go straight to the cabin. Once all your

payments have been made, we will email you the door code, which we will resend

a week before your stay.

damage fee on unintentional accidents to the property (any damages that exceed

the damage fee, intentional or unintentional, will be charged to the credit

card on file).
