Step inside to an open-concept main floor, where vaulted wood ceilings, a cozy electric fireplace nook, and a smart TV invite you to relax after a day exploring the mountains. The farmhouse-style kitchen comes stocked with everything you need for home-cooked meals, including a full-size refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, coffee maker, and plenty of cookware. Share meals around the dining table with seating for six, or head outside to the spacious upper deck for al fresco lounging with endless mountain views.



Outdoor living is where this home shines. Enjoy morning coffee from the small side deck’s bistro set, unwind in the private hot tub, or fire up the grill for a cookout. Families will love the swing set and rocking chairs on the lower deck, while evenings can be spent roasting marshmallows at the fire pit under the stars. • Bedroom 3 (Basement - Open Family Suite): King bed, twin bed with twin trundle + Smart TV

• Living Room (1st floor): Full-size futon + Smart TV

Pet Policy:

• We’re happy to welcome your furry friend! This property allows 1 pet per stay, and an additional $75 pet fee applies. If you are given the option to include a pet at the time of booking, please add your pet so the fee is applied automatically. If you are not given that option, please contact our Guest Experience Team prior to your stay to add your pet and ensure the fee is processed.



Things to Note:

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• Washer/dryer available in home.

• Driveway parking available for 4 vehicles.

• Steep mountain roads and driveway, AWD or 4X4 recommended in winter months.

• Basic cookware essentials are provided including pots, pans, baking sheets, and cooking utensils. Please note that salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided.

• The loft is accessed via a steep ladder not suitable for small children or guests with mobility issues.

• This home is equipped with 6 external security cameras, for guest safety: (1) located on the post in the driveway and monitoring the driveway access from main road, (2 & 3) located on each corner of the front of the home and monitoring main entry door and driveway parking area, (4) above side patio on main level and monitoring sliding glass door entry, (5 & 6) located on each corner of the bottom deck of the home and monitoring the crawlspace area and private basement storage area.
