Perched atop a hill is this charming country cabin, 'Honey Bear' is a beautiful and quiet log cabin, with gorgeous mountain views. Come and relax, unplug, bond with family and friends and do some reading or play games. In the winter months you can keep warm by the wood burning fireplace. You can grill and dine al fresco on the deck and also enjoy a soak in the hot tub. The resort pool is open in the summer months. Charming and intimate, this classic log cabin has all the comforts of home plus a peaceful setting off a quiet country road where you can enjoy the solitude and serenity of the beautiful mountains. Our cabin is tucked away in the mountains in a resort setting away from traffic yet close to all the action. You can sit in the wraparound porch and enjoy the fresh mountain air while you rock your worries away on one of the many rocking chairs.

This cabin sleeps 8 guests comfortably. On the main level there are two Queen Bedroom Suites with a dresser, nightstand, closet and two bathrooms equipped with a tub-shower. There is a large loft upstairs with 4 twin beds, sofa and love seat, pool table and large screen TV with the best view of the mountains. Each twin bed has a reading lamp to enjoy reading a good book or go online to social media sites like #booktok or #readingretreat. The living, dining and kitchen share a space with a lovely wood burning fireplace, a large screen HD TV sits above the mantle with lots of streaming apps for you to enjoy. Create a delicious meal in the bright, airy kitchen. Fully equipped with all modern appliances, the kitchen has everything needed to prepare and serve a hearty meal!!

FARM CHARM: One of the main recent attractions which kids love love love is the Springtime Farms Exotic Petting Park. Located 14 miles from the cabin. You can touch and feed a large variety of animals. They have alpaca's, llamas, kangaroo, zebra, capybara, ostrich, emu, donkeys etc. You can feed the rabbits, guinea pigs, parakeets and more. Another petting farm located near us is Smoky Mountain Deer Farm & Exotic Petting Zoo & Deer Farm Riding Stables. Its open year round seven days a week. You’re invited to get up close and personal with Rocky Mountain elk, hug a baby goat, rub a camel, pet zebra and zonkies, stroke an emu, and scratch Vietnamese pot-bellied pigs. You’ll also be able to pet AMHA registered mini-horses, as well as their bigger counter-part, the draft horse. In the summer months the Resort Pool is open for your enjoyment, you also have access to the picnic pavilion with charcoal grills and picnic tables.

This cabin is located 5 minutes from the Sevierville Convention Center and also the Golf Club and 15 minutes from Pigeon Forge attractions. The new Soaky Mountain water park is now open also located just 5 minutes away. We are about 15-20 minutes from Dollywood, the Parkway in Pigeon Forge where all the restaurants, diner shows and entertainment take place. Not far is Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains. Kroger, Aldi & a new large Publix and Target are 10 minutes away.

We are just minutes away from I-40's Exit 407, Highway 66 (441) and the Dolly Parton Parkway. This cabin is about 25 minutes from Douglas Lake where there is great fishing. Many fishing tournaments are held there. Douglas Lake also has horseback riding in their stables. Honey Bear is a short drive to all the Great Smoky Mountains attractions.

Your cleaning fee includes all linens (sheet sets, bath and kitchen towels). A starter set of soap, dishwasher soap, paper towel, toilet paper, trash bags, etc. It also includes the cleaning after your departure.

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN THIS RESORT.

A RENTAL AGREEMENT WILL BE SENT TO YOU FOR SIGNATURE UPON BOOKING. IT IS COMING FROM DOCUSIGN VIA EMAIL. I WILL NEED A COPY OF YOUR DRIVER'S LICENSE PLEASE. AFTER THESE THINGS ARE RECEIVED THEN THAT WILL COMPLETE YOUR BOOKING.

This cabin sleeps up to 8 guests. Your quote will show pricing for up to 6 guests. There is an additional fee for the 7th & 8th guests. To find out the amount add the 7th or 8th guest to the booking and the quote will show you the extra fee.
