Four bedrooms and a loft accommodate up to twelve guests with two king‑size beds, two queen‑size beds, and twin over twin trundle beds. Smart TVs grace each sleeping area, and several rooms provide direct or nearby access to the three full bathrooms. Bed linens, extra pillows, room‑darkening shades, and ample clothing storage add comfort throughout your stay.



Indoor living

The main living room centers on a sectional sofa, a single chair, an electric fireplace, and a Smart TV, creating a cozy spot for cooler evenings. A dedicated game room offers arcade machines, air hockey, darts, a basketball arcade, a bowling‑style arcade, a multi‑cade setup, and a 7‑foot billiards table. A private outdoor pool is heated to 85 °F from March 1 through December 31; pool heating is available in January and February for $400 per reservation. An outdoor kitchen with a gas grill and griddle, patio seating, bikes, sun loungers, and a private backyard complete the setting. Private basketball and pickleball courts let you stay active without stepping off the property.
