The view at this cabin was wonderful! The inside looked nice as well though showers could have used a good cleaning. Kids enjoyed the downstairs area with Pac-Man and air hockey. The hot tub would not heat up which was a big bummer for the kids. After many attempts to reach the owner he never responded. We did talk to someone using a number we found on the email received who tried to help but they had no record of our cabin so not much they could do. There was a piece of tin or something that banged against the house the whole time so that was a bit frustrating and loud. We still had a great time and would come back just for the great view if these issues were corrected. Fireplace was so pretty!

The views here were incredible! The house was in a great location with an easy commute to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The pictures accurately reflected the house. Overall we were very happy with our stay!

We were a little disappointed overall, but we only stayed for 2 nights and it could have been worse. There were a lot of empty cans and other trash around the property, but it was most likely from crews working on the house that burned down next door. The hot tub was relaxing and relatively clean, but only half the jets worked. Towels were provided, but they were so small they barely even wrapped around my 12 year old so you might want to bring your own if you plan to take a soak. The shower up in the loft was so clogged we had to rush to get finished before the water overflowed into the bathroom. It was horrible! We even tried using the plunger to unclog it. The kitchen was fully stocked, so that was definitely a plus. The appliances were all relatively new as well. The washer/dryer worked well and I didn't have to run the dryer for 2 hours to get the clothes dry. Laundry pods, dishwasher pacs and dish soap were all provided. The cabin is a bit tough to find, but the owner/host provided step by step directions, which was a life saver. The pool was still open and looked pretty nice, but we didn't have time to check it out. I wouldn't say this was the nicest cabin I have ever stayed at, but it definitely was not the worst.

⸻The host was wonderful and very responsive to every message I sent, which I really appreciated. The place itself was amazing—beautiful, comfortable, and very well stocked with kitchen supplies. We truly enjoyed our stay.I don’t like to mention anything negative, but just to kindly note for improvement: the sheets did not feel fully clean and had an odor, and there was quite a bit of dust on the fans with some dead bugs. The towels also seemed very worn and bleached. It seems like the cleaning service could do a more thorough job.Overall, the property and host were excellent, and with a little extra attention to the cleaning details, it would be absolutely perfect.

Beautiful Views

Directions and check in were great. Half the pots and pand were burnt and not able to be cooked in. There were wet linnens in the eashing machine, and no doshwasher soap even though the owner requested we put dirty doshes in and start itbefore we left. The kids (teenagers) used the hot tub, but it was cloudy and smelled funny. The game room in the basement was good for the kids, but there are no board or card games which are mentioned in the listing. The views were great, and even though the houses are close together, it was quiet. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were awful. Bring your own. Overall, I would say it qas a good stay and would be good for families.

Beautiful property!

The property was absolutely beautiful and the views were breathtaking. The burnt cabin next door took away from the views, which I understand is not the fault of the property owner but still an observation I think is worth sharing. Be prepared for a length drive up a winding road for those views. Also, be prepared for 4 legged visitors, the bears! I was glad the property had a deck without stairs to enjoy the views without fear of an unwanted visitor. The cleanliness of the property was ok, but certainly not pristine. There were supplies left from former guests, very dusty, and the hot tub smelled like it hadn’t been used/treated in quite some time. We didn’t love the spiral staircase because it didn’t seem sturdy, but other than that the upstairs room offered beautiful views to wake up to. The beds were very comfortable! Great sleep! Temperature control was easy and the appliances and amenities were great and user friendly. Overall, it was a great trip and fair accommodations for the price, with great views.

Clean Review

Property overall was in good shape. However, cleanliness was lacking. Specifically outside. There was trash all around the property. Beer cans, loose plastic cups and bags surround the perimeter. The hot tub was disgusting. The water in the hot tub smelled like sewage and had slime like mold infested all throughout. We removed the filter cap only to find 2 filters that looked like they were never changed. Had a rotten egg smell that lingered into the house. The hot tub looks new but looked neglected for months. The hand soaps in the bathroom were not refilled. Water was just added to the containers instead.

Great view

Had trouble unlocking lock box, it worked at 4th try. Address was listed as 2801 but could not find on google maps unless we posted 2802. Actual address on house was 2801. Had trouble accessing WiFi, code blocked by property manager on message. Cleanliness: we found a couple of bugs in house, stairs and under sofa’s were dusty, stairs were dusty. We found a couple of nails sticking out on deck and therefore required 2 toddlers to wears shoes on deck. No blankets for sofa sleeper, used throw and raised heater. Although a 3 bedroom had access to 2 bedrooms. Spiral stairs to upstairs tricky, not kid friendly. Upstairs deck opening under rail, lost a couple of things that rolled down and lost due to opening under rail.

Absolute High was very high

Great Location

The cabin was in a great location. The kitchen was stocked. The beds were comfortable. Easy check in and check out. The only downside is that if you like more pillows you might need to bring yours from home. We had to use the ones out of the pillow shams to get the thickness we wanted. Otherwise, I would recommend the cabin as it was close to everything in Pigeon Forge.
