Dolly's Darling by Beyond Expectations gives your group the perfect balance of togetherness and privacy. With approximately 3,400 square feet combined, these side-by-side duplex units allow everyone to spread out comfortably while still being just steps away from one another.



Unit A spans two levels and features an open main floor with a welcoming living area anchored by a cozy wood burning fireplace. Comfortable seating and a smart TV create an inviting space for movie nights or relaxing after a day of exploring. The fully equipped kitchen includes updated appliances and all the essentials for preparing meals, with adjacent dining space for gathering. Just outside, a covered deck with lounge seating offers peaceful mountain views.



On the main level of unit A, you will find a queen primary bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom, along with a full hall bathroom. Downstairs, a second queen bedroom features its own ensuite bath. The third bedroom is a bunk room with a twin-over-full bunk bed and doubles as a game room with foosball, Xbox, and a smart TV. A laundry room with washer and dryer is also located on the lower level.



Next door, unit B mirrors the spacious two-level design with its own open living area and wood burning fireplace. Large windows frame the mountain scenery, filling the space with natural light. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area make shared meals easy, whether cooking at home or bringing back takeout from town. Entrance has no steps and boasts kitchen, living room and master queen bedroom with ensuite for those who cannot climb stairs.

This cozy condo sits in the Dolly’s Drive / Legacy Mountain corridor, a popular short-term-rental pocket just minutes from Dollywood and Pigeon Forge. *This is a dog friendly cabin, allowing up to 2 dogs with a weight limit of up to 50lbs each. A $75 non-refundable pet fee will be charged per pet.

* All refunds from cancellations may be subject to a 4% credit card processing fee depending on how you booked the property, meaning some listing sites may have the fee and some may not

*We cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day

*All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance, or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission

*Guests must be at least 21 years old to book this listing

*Driveway will fit 2 to 3 vehicles, depending on size (per unit)

*Bears occasionally wander through, so please keep vehicle and home doors locked, trash secured and food inside

*Each room has a Smart TV - Login to your favorite streaming app and continues the binge while you're on vacation!

*Wood Burning Fireplace- You must supply your own wood, which can be conveniently picked up a most gas stations or grocery stores



Dog Behavior & Liability

Guests are fully responsible for the behavior of any dog(s) they bring to the property. All dogs must be non-aggressive and under control at all times. Any aggression toward neighbors, other guests, animals, or staff—including biting, lunging, or attacks—is strictly prohibited.

Guests assume full liability for any injury or damage caused by their dog(s). The Owner/Host is not responsible for any incidents, claims, or expenses resulting from a guest’s dog. Guests agree to indemnify and hold the Owner/Host harmless for all dog-related issues.

Violation of this clause may result in removal from the property without refund and charges for any related damages.
