Il y a une table de billard pour le divertissement et une baignoire jacuzzi intérieure pour votre détente. Proche de Dollywood et de toutes les attractions, cette belle cabine peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à huit personnes avec un lit king size, 2 lits queen size et un canapé-lit dans le salon. Une connexion Wi-Fi est également disponible pour votre confort. Venez séjourner à Amazing View et passez de superbes vacances en famille ou entre amis! Cette cabine étonnante a un emplacement isolé au-dessus de Dollywood. La conduite inclinée justifie notre recommandation d'avoir un véhicule à 4 roues motrices (VUS ou camion de préférence) pendant la saison d'hiver, avec prudence tout au long de l'année en raison des routes raides et étroites. Le résultat final est une vue fabuleuse, mais la divulgation des routes escarpées pour les déplacements est justifiée. Il y a un parking pour seulement 2 véhicules. Cette cabine a une route d'accès escarpée pour atteindre les hauteurs qu'elle exige pour l'une des vues de dessus de tout Pigeon Forge! Upon arrival, the upstairs area was extremely uncomfortable due to temperature control issues. The thermostat was set to 68, but the upstairs remained hot and was not livable at times. We were told by the host that a 3-degree difference was acceptable, but we were unable to lower the temperature further.We also experienced several plumbing and maintenance issues. The shower frequently backed up, water pressure was extremely low, and there was a constant high-pitched squealing noise whenever the water was running. The bathroom sink was clogged and would not drain properly. These issues were not fully resolved during our stay.We found pests, including a roach on the couch, which was concerning.The property also did not appear properly prepared for the number of guests. We were only provided 2 rolls of toilet paper for 6 people for 4 days, which was not sufficient and we ran out early in the stay. There were also lighting issues, including a non-working closet light and generally poor lighting in the upstairs area.Communication was also a problem. After check-in, we were no longer able to contact the host directly and were only able to reach management. When I called management at 7:30 AM, I was informed they do not open until 9:00 AM, leaving issues unresolved for several hours. Overall, the combination of temperature issues, plumbing failures, cleanliness concerns are unacceptable. We drove a Kia Sorento and a Yukon Denali and the Sorento struggled up the mountain.

I want to start off by saying don’t take the reviews “too seriously” don’t let them stop you from booking this beautiful cabin. First the View BREATHTAKING!! We were super close to everthing, barely any traffic and a quiet place! The pictures on here need to be updated bc it’s been redone in the bedrooms, floors are hardwood and there was no pictures of the bathrooms, there’s only 1 shower upstairs by the kitchen and the jetted tub by the bedrooms, there is 3 bedrooms one is quiet small, but overall i loved the rooms being downstairs it was cold and nice. The view and pool table were awesome a lot of space for our family of 5! Okay, the dreaded cabin roads, first the mountain road perfectly fine easy, now the driveway to the cabin, alittle scary, we had a full size (lifted) suv and it doesn’t take turns very well so my husband just pulled into one curve and backed up to the cabin bc those turns were no joke, if you’re not used to driving mtn roads or not the best driver it’s definitely gonna be scary but do not let that stop you for renting this gorgeous place. i will say i wish there was more dishes, utensils cooking was alittle hard! Bring your own garbage bags (they only supplied 1) and any extra things you may need it’s a cabin not a hotel. Overall definitely a 10/10. will stay here again!!

Took a butter knife to the only shower to scrape the scum off of it. The floors were very dirty. No brooms or mop to clean them. Clothes tags under the blankets which means the sheets weren’t changed. No extra sheets to change them. Dirty dishes in the cabinets. Was told the grill was charcoal and it was gas and it didn’t even work because a burner was gone. Some of the towels were dirty as well. Glad I brought my own! I will say the view was pretty but not worth what we paid to stay in a dirty house.

There are no words to accurately describe the beauty of the view from this cabin. We even got to see the fireworks from Dollywood every night as a bonus. It was the perfect getaway, for myself and my family. We even saw a bear one evening on the way back to the cabin.

Drive up is very interesting. If you have a fear of heights you may not like this cabin but we absolutey loved it. We were able to watch Dollywood fireworks and drone show every single night. We even had a young bear visit during our stay.

Would never stay here again.Bed had a dead bug when pulled the covers back.Large bathtub was dirty, couldn’t use.Tried to use pull out sofa matress, were only coils left, no padding left in mattress. Metal coil sticking out of matress. I have never seen a matress this deteriated. Blankets from closet smelled sour/foul.Shower upstairs, showerhead was calcified and water couldn't come out fully when lifting the lever. When opening hotub, debris inside and edge filled with mold like film.

Do not recommend.

We had a couple of issues upon check-in, no running water in the house and cold water in the hot tub, both were taken care of in a timely manner. The view is beautiful as described but the inside of the cabin was not luxurious as stated in the description. We had holes in our bed sheets and the furniture was very worn out. The couch cushions were so thin you couldn’t sit on them comfortably without falling through to the pull out bed. It felt very dark and dingy to the point where we felt uncomfortable staying and left two days early. Not what we expected for the price that we paid.

The property was very clean and cozy. The drive up to the cabin was quite challenging. Definitely need a vehicle with good maneuverabulity and horsepower. I don't recommend driving the roads at night. top of

Great view from the upper deck, house in good shape, could use updates on some furnishings and lighting but not a big issue. Location is very good and easy to get to. Will go back later. We even saw some bears in the lower driveway!

Beautiful!

We had a great time on our trip! The cabin has a very “cabin in the woods” feel. It’s not overly fancy, but was just right. The view is spectacular. We were busy most of the time, but when we were at the cabin, we were always on the deck. The cabin is cozy and comfortable. We had everything we needed. It would have been nice to have a few extra supplies like pen and paper, scissors, extra blankets, and more cooking supplies, but we made due. The road to the cabin is no joke. We have an all wheel drive Traverse and some of those turns are pretty tricky, but we managed. A bigger vehicle would struggle a lot. The cabin description is a little misleading about some of the cabin’s features, such as the bonus kids room-it’s literally just the living room. Also, there is only one shower. That was fun with six people! Overall it was all good and we would stay again!

Overall the stay was amazing but the road is crazy if anyone stays in the cabin below you then your going to have a hard time getting out.... there's a lot of turning around and backing up a four wheel drive is recommended but a small one

Very Nice Place!

We had a great time! Watched the fireworks from Dollywood on the deck and it was an amazing view! It’s a climb to get to the cabin with some sharp turns to get up to it but it was so worth it! Once you get the hang of the drive up and down it’s pretty easy. Beds were comfy and all in all was just a great time! Will definitely stay again.

The cabin had a beautiful view that is postcard worthy. The kids enjoyed the arcade machine as well as the pool table and hot tub. The drive up the mountain was a little sketchy at times but worth the uncomfortable feeling.

Not what advertised

It is extremely difficult to get to the cabin, the switchbacks are no joke, we have full size SUV and to make each turn you have to pull up, back up, pull up back up, NOT ideal for a sedan, this was not advertised in the description, however I did see in review about the roads, but even that did not give you the real deal, TRUST me it is a difficult climb, and the cabins along the way up, if rented have vehicles, so you have to work around getting up each switchback while maneuvering around those vehicles and porches of cabins.... The view from the cabin is AWESOME and that was the best part. We rented the cabin because it advertised hot tub, arcade game and to be secluded, and have some "down time" as everyone in our group works in very busy careers... Our plan was to get checked in, go into Pigeon Forge see some lights have a great dinner and head back on the mountain for the remainder of the weekend and enjoy the amenities of the cabin, as advertised.... We get checked in and arrive at the cabin, open the door and a very strong odor of cat urine, the hot tub does not work, the arcade game does not work. We called the rental office and were told they would send someone up the mountain to fix the issues. Upon our return to the cabin, someone had been there to put water hose into hot tub (that was overflowing onto porch at that point) however it still did not work, the arcade game still did not work. Later in the night, as we were playing pool (YES, the pool table does work) we ran out of water, as in NO water coming from faucets, could not flush toilets, we called the emergency line and got a call back from the Maintenace, who told us to "you just have to give it time, it has to replenish itself" We finally had water the next morning, and went to the office as we headed back to town to make them aware that the hot tub was not working and the arcade game had not been fixed, to which we were told "A work order was in, sorry that is all we can do", we explained the water issue, and asked how that was something we should be okay with, to which the reply was "it wasn't" but again nothing they would do.... My two cents would be. IF you are wanting to have a difficult route to get to your cabin, with hot tub (that doesn't work) rent a cabin to have arcade games (that don't work) and run out of water, one shower, THIS IS FOR you. We were disappointed in the description versus reality and the reception we got from the Aunt Bug's office.

Impossible to drive up the mountain

getting there was a nightmare in a family van, our last night it rained and there were too many leaves and we couldn't get in the van we decided better to return home after having a terrible scare because we almost fell off the mountain because the van skidded with all those leaves my father-in-law fell for wanting to help my husband in his vision my son had a panic attack when he saw how we were skidding towards the void, it was a nightmare every day. Regarding cleanliness, the windows were full of lady bugs inside, I understand that it is a cabin where nature surrounds us, but they were dry from days everywhere. The bathrooms are poorly clean and it is not possible that the second bathroom does not have a shower. The refrigerator does not work, the pool table is does not have chalk to use it. The only good thing was the view. In the announcement of the page it is very important that they clarify that you must have a large 4x4 truck if you don't want to suffer to get up the mountain.
