Holiday rental in Sète: Pretty studio/cabin apartment with 18m2 of living space and a glazed loggia of 8m2, located on the 2nd floor (with elevator.) Superb unobstructed view of Mont Saint-Clair. East exposure. The beaches are 350 m away and shops are nearby. The living area is made up of a kitchen area (with two induction hobs, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine), a sofa and a television.
The cabin is separate and airy with a double bed and a storage cupboard. As for the bathroom, it consists of a bathtub, a sink and a toilet. Pets not allowed. Late arrival possible: €50 (contact us for details.)
OPTIONAL services depending on availability: bed linen rental (15€ per bed), towel rental (12€ per person), end of stay cleaning (excluding kitchen) 60€, mini wifi box (39€/week). NOT INCLUDED: toilet paper, household products, toiletries.
