'Room was very tired, moldy bathroom, bubbling floor material, loud room. No breakfast and coffee not served till 6:30'

'We came for our son’s graduation from Basic Training at Fort Jackson. The hotel was an average rating. It was close, mostly clean, and we did have a breakfast. So it served its purpose. However, the main light for the room was broken and we were told they really couldn’t fix it because it was a circuit issue. There were exposed wires where the sconce light by the bed was. 'The whole staff was excellent i will always stay at that hotel'

'The Room had bed bugs, I took a photo, and I found old Q-Tips behind the bed, old sheets with old blood stains on them after inspections and a nest of bed bugs that I also took photos of. Other than that the staff was friendly or I didn’t really speak to them at all. Breakfast was great in the morning though. '

'Was a joke. Try their powered eggs. I couldn't eat them. Not much elst to them. Justed tasted awful. Even the orange eas off.'

'This property must be in the process of renovation. I’ve stayed at other Microtel hotels while traveling and this property was not on brand at all! More like motel vibes. The HVAC system would not stay on the whole unit would turn off whenever it chose to do so. Room was missing fire alarm. The price I paid and what we got was not worth it. This is just one opinion.'

'The driveway had horrific pot holes, not sire they have control but they are bad. Parking lot was fine. The train is very close and woke me every night. There is black mold on the window seals. The carpet in the hallways were wet and sticky. I had to remove my shoes on entering my room. I just felt like everything needed a deep clean. The staff were pleasant and friendly. '

'Property was safe and secure. Surrounded by nearby hotels and restaurants. Breakfast was great the last day which was the only day my family and I was able to get any. Even though I wasn't able to enjoy any of the amenities, my family loved the gym and outside fire pit and games along with the tv. '

'Check in was ok. Room has had a mild makeover. Bathroom door had been damaged. When closing made awful creaking noise. Original 60 year old bathroom. Filthy plastic cart with soap and shampoo on it. This place will be my 1st and last trip. '
