'The staff were exceptionally kind, helpful and friendly. I have asthma and upon entering our room, it reeked of cigarette smoke, despite being a non-smoking room. I explained the issue to the manager, as I would become very sick and likely have an asthma attack. She was able to switch us to a new room quickly and on the same floor as my mom, and checked it later to make sure everything was all right with the new room. I generally don't like complaining at hotel or restaurants and was grateful...

'I won’t be visiting here anymore. The sheets were half cleaned I had to lay my own towels down to lay in the bed because I wasn’t comfortable sleeping on that bed as is. The mattress omg, NASTY! No bugs or anything. The tub was dirty asf. Just no. Management please deep clean these rooms. The building itself has potential. It’s just not being cleaned properly.'

'The exterior of the building looks nice and freshly painted. The lobby furniture was so dirty and gross , elevator was dirty. All carpets and ceiling were stained . Bed sheets were clean, the sofa and the room stunk, stains and dirt all over the walls and floor. I don’t remember I have ever stayed at a worse hotel/ motel than this place .'
