'Ruime villa, waar we eigenlijk op de nachten na alleen maar buiten hebben geleefd. Goed uitgeruste buitenkeuken met zelfs muziek mogelijkheid en sattv als je dat zou willen. Alles is aanwezig en soms zelfs dubbel met ook nog een keuken binnen. Schoon zwembad wat netjes wordt bijgehouden. Via app contact met eigenaar die problemen snel oplost en goede tips heeft voor uitstapjes etc. Ook lekker gegeten in zijn restaurant. Omgeving met veel blaffende honden was jammer en kan voor lichte slapers de...

'Zeer leuk en aangenaam huisje'

'We enjoyed our 6 day stay at Donatella's home! She picked us up from the airport late at night! I will never forget that incredible gesture of kindness. We were able to wLk a very short distance to coffee shop, several ristorantes and pizzeria. Supermercato is close by as well. I enjoyed sitting in the back under the canopy during the day and late at night. Neighborhood is very quiet. I loved the mattress and bedding on the double bed in rom with half bath. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes,...

'une précision pour commencer : il s'agit (pour des français) d'un rez-de-jardin dont l'escalier intérieur ,est en colimaçon. Points forts : loueurs sympathiques et serviables, petit jardin bien ombragé, très grands rangements, moustiquaires, plage à proximité immédiate et crucial pour nous (!) plage pour chiens vers lido dei pini. Petites faiblesses : stationnement sur la voie publique parfois un peu difficile, absence de wifi, absence de climatisation,route très passante.'

'Het huis is prachtig, het zwembad is fraai maar het is niet geschikt voor personen met een rolstoel. De omgeving (Sezze, Latina, Rome en Napels) is prachtig. Jammer is het continue geblaf van erg veel honden.'

'We loved our stay. Giancarlo gave us very good support upfront, and he’s always reachable. The fully equipped property was perfect for our family of four. Our children lloved the garden with lemon tree and the bicycles that are available for the guests. '

'Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben. Absolut sauber, modern und mit wirklich ALLEM ausgestattet was man braucht. Kommunikation mit dem sehr netten Vermieter war reibungslos. Ein kleines Problem wurde sofort gelöst. Es wurde sogar ein Kinderbett zur Verfügung gestellt obwohl dies nicht in der Anzeige stand. Ich würde das Haus sofort wieder mieten.'

'Siamo stati 15 giorni con la mia famiglia. Per chi ama il Circeo questa villa è incantevole. La posizione a 300 metri dal mare, super spaziosa, una cucina grande e attrezzata. Infine uno splendido parco che circonda la proprietà. La casa è arredata con cura, il che lo rende un posto da vivere e rispettare. Padroni di casa gentilissimi e super disponibili. Torneremo sicuramente , scelta top.'

'Me, my husband and 7 friends traced to Rome for the 2023 Ryder Cup. Although the perfidy the YS team disappointed us, the Italian villa in Albano Laziale did NOT. From the gracious hospitality of Ivano the owner, to the talented professional private driver and chef, our group was pampered and cared for during our entire stay. We created many fond memories in this charming and relaxing villa. We highly recommend it for family or friends seeking a fun Italian getaway.'

'De vakantiewoning ligt vlakbij het strand op een uurtje rijden van Rome en Ostia. Ideaal dus voor een vakantie boordevol cultuur en ontspanning aan het strand!'
