'Heavy perfume/ ?Fabuloso smell in rooms and halls. Bathtub with residue from sticky antislip strips. Noisy heater. Beds were comfortable, staff less than helpful when it was obvious that somewhere along the line our reservation was canceled due to "card declined" though payment had been made. Had to rebook (thankfully a room available). Expedia ultimately refunded my money. '

'Wij hadden de kleinste kamer geboekt tegen een hele scherpe prijs. Het bed was uiterst comfortabel. Geen koelkast of waterkoker, maar roomservice bracht gratis ijs om de drankjes te koelen. Erg mooie faciliteiten, zoals een verwarmd buitenzwembad. Prettig dat er ook badjassen op de kamer hingen, zodat je echt als 'spa-gast' door de accommodatie kon lopen. '

'When I booked this room I requested a handicap access room, which was wonderful. However, the agent checking us in refused us the cot we needed. There was plenty of room and we were told there was not enough space for a cot. Very disappointing to be told upon check out that we indeed could have had a cot.'

'The location to Mohegan Sun is only about 5 minutes away, and there is a free shuttle available in the late afternoon and evening. The hotel buffet breakfast is one of the best the best I have ever had. The food was very good and the available options for oatmeal (like 8 choices!) was outstanding. The set-up of the various serving areas was organized. The dining area is ample, and the large screen TV is convenient for catching up on the morning news.'

'Nice location. Breakfast is Nice. I would Prefer to have more opportuniteit to manage the airconditioning in The room, not only temperature and on/off. But thats a minor detail. Felt very welcome and plenty parking space and a good bed.'

'Quick fun overnigt stay with some friends. Staff was friendly and helpful - Jim our shuttle driver was the best - What a great amenity for casino goers. Room was clean and beds comfy - Bonus continental breakfast. All was great. Will stay here again for sure! '

'Upon arrival they checked in someone else into my room. They did ended up finding another room for us and gave us a free dinner at their buffet. The room drain in the tub didn't work. The poor area was nice. '
