The pillows weren’t enough. Not all elevators work. Has to pay an extra 150 pesos per person for the pool access. Expensive to stay for limited access.'

Arrived at check in time to find facilitator not available and despite proof of payment, Wotif confirmation, door code, netflix password .. after 3 hours of trying to sort (and missing our booked tour) we gave up and booked (short notice) somewhere else.
