"C'était notre quatrième séjour dans cet hôtel, ce qui montre à quel point nous l'avons longtemps apprécié. Malheureusement, nous avons le sentiment que la qualité a baissé depuis nos précédentes visites. Le petit-déjeuner reste correct, avec des produits de qualité, mais il est devenu très répétitif d'un jour à l'autre, ce qui est dommage pour un établissement de ce standing. Nous avons également rencontré plusieurs problèmes avec le système de paiement de l'hôtel, qui ont généré des complications inutiles au moment du règlement. Le service de ménage était assez irrégulier : certains jours, il était impeccable, d'autres, incomplet (articles non remplacés, nettoyage partiel), ce qui manque de constance. Enfin, le jacuzzi intérieur contenait manifestement beaucoup trop de chlore. Après son utilisation, nous avons souffert d'irritations de la gorge et des voies respiratoires, ce qui a malheureusement gâché ce moment de détente. En revanche, nous tenons à souligner la gentillesse, le professionnalisme et la disponibilité du personnel, qui est resté très agréable tout au long de notre séjour. C'est regrettable, car nous gardons un excellent souvenir de nos précédents séjours. Nous espérons sincèrement que ces points seront corrigés, car cet hôtel a un vrai potentiel et nous aimerions pouvoir y revenir avec le même enthousiasme qu'auparavant."

"L'emplacement était très bien. La chambre correcte. Bureau avec cafetière et bouilloire + café et thé pratique. Par contre, pas d'ascenseur pour accéder au 2 ème étage avec bagages, le sèche serviette ne fonctionnait pas (ou nous n'avons pas trouvé comment faire). Et quelqu'un a claqué 5 portes le matin à 8h (touriste ou femme de ménage ?)."

"Hôtel moderne très agréable. J'avais une chambre au 5e étage avec une belle vue sur la verdure, aucun bruit de la 4 voies en contrebas, ni des avions. Petit déjeuner buffet bien avec mention spéciale aux gaufres que l'on peut se faire sur place. Chambre agréable, lit large avec agréable couette et une douche pour deux personnes ! C'est possible d'y aller à pied depuis l'aéroport mais à un certain moment il n'y a plus de trottoir et ensuite on retrouve les trottoirs. À l'aller, J'ai payé un taxi 14 €, ce qui était un vol. Personnel agréable"

"The hotel is nicely built behind a historic building. The lobby is nice but I found the rooms a bit poor in design. Rooms are comfortable, large and well equipped. It is very quiet despite of being in the heart of the city. Breakfast is a disappointment: too expensive (25 €) and seems a bit poor (very limited choice of cold cuts, of fish, pastries...)."
