Flats in Selbyville

'A piece of paradise that is within walking distance of beach and bites. Can hear the waves from the front or back porch. A place a family wants to return to trip after trip. Thank you Brent'

'Upon arrival I was notified that the A/C was down (these things happen), but there were no fans or offer of compensation for the 80 degree sleepless night we had. I was simply told to keep the blinds shut, mind you the reason the room was booked was for the ocean view. Worse yet was my teenage daughter went up to the room to shower and upon my arrival there were two maintenance men in the room while she was showering. Needless to say I was furious, They were there to fix a blind which didn’t...

'Really cute place in a great location!'

'We really enjoyed the location of this property. It was close to the beach and had an ocean view from the enclosed porch. Bedding and linens were provided which was great since we flew in from out of state. Washer and dryer worked well, we brought detergent and softener sheets with us and having so much sand it was great to do a load each night of swimwear and beach stuff. We brought our own beach blanket and beach towels. Living room and kitchen were well laid out, carpet had a few spots, but...

'Very clean condo with a beautiful view of the ocean!'

'The location was close to the beach. The condo was clean and updated. The employees were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone. It was one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed in OCMD. If the opportunity comes up again, I’d be willing to stay here again for sure. '

'Lovely views, close to amenities, didnt rate pool as i never saw or used, closed for season. Friendly communicative host. Had a great stay.'

'Made reservations through the website, received confirmation email for reservation.Drove four hours to the beach to find out the unit was under Renovation and not available. This was Labor Day weekend so most places were already completely booked. I had scheduled this is a weekend with my daughter in a beachfront condo, instead I got a parking lot of view at a last-minute hotel for twice the price.'

'Great'

'Property was as listed. Host was very responsive and answered all of my questions. All pertinent information was provided prior to stay. Property was clean and very spacious and had all the amenities needed for a large family stay. I would be very open to doing business again with this host. We had a great time!'
