Aparthotels in Seefelder Plateau

'One-star review Extremely disappointing experience, mainly due to the appalling customer service. During our three-night stay, the shower was not draining properly and the sewage water eventually flooded the bathroom. The entire bathroom floor was covered in dirty water, causing us considerable distress. I unfortunately slipped, hurt my back, and then had to clean up the flooded bathroom myself using a floor towel. We reported the issue as soon as we were able to, and were repeatedly told...

'War alles super !!'

'sehr schöne, neuwertige Unterkunft. '

'The hotel is very unique - a jungle theme in Austria! The hotel still feels very new, the apartments are well equipped and very spacious. The spa and pool area is perfect for the kids and adults to unwind at the end of the day. We got a free summer card with our stay which was unexpected and saved us a lot of money. We got free access to Area 47 swim area (17 mi so away), which was a highlight our boys'

'An amazing location. Key was located in the keybox, private parking. The appartement was absolutely perfect, full kitchen equipment. Very close to Germany as we ended up going there more than originally expected (Eibsee, Garmisch-P, Mittenwald, etc.)'

'Pros: Unser Urlaub in Umhausen war rundum gelungen. Das Appartement ist modern eingerichtet, es war sehr suaber und für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern völlig ausreichend. Claudia war als Gastgeberin super. Immer ansprechbar, tolle Ausflugstipps und sehr Kundenorientiert (unsere Kinder lieben sie :)) Cons: -'
