Der Check-in hat problemlos und unkompliziert funktioniert, was die Anreise besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Ein echtes Highlight für uns war die Sauna, perfekt zum Entspannen nach einem Tag in der schönen Tiroler Umgebung. « Beautiful mountain view from 3rd floor balcony. The room was well appointed with everything needed. We did not use the kitchen, so cannot comment. Check in was very smooth, even though we arrived outside of reception times. An email was sent with all necessary codes. Breakfast was perfect for our three kids who loved everything. « STAY AWAY FROM THUS PLACE! I stayed in Apartment 5-2-Birds Nest at the Golden Roof Apartments by Penz, which are owned and managed by Stage 12 Hotel. The biggest issue was that the apartment was extremely hot, even though it was raining outside and the temperature was only about 18°C. We opened all the windows and used the two fans provided, but the apartment never cooled down.
