'The owner has made this an inviting place to stay with the manner it was decorated and stocked. We enjoyed having coffee on the front porch and the side patio due to the warmer temperatures during our stay. Very close to Fort Cavazos, HEB grocery and the airport. '

'This historic home was extremely well-furnished with lots of interesting decor and books to look at and a comfy couch. Each room has its own mini-split AC, and could control the temp separately. I loved the design of the kitchen with plenty of supplies for cooking and a coffee pot. The bed was so luxurious and comfy, it was perfect for the overnight stay. The patio was great for an early morning connect with nature, many birds singing. The bathroom vanity was a little small, but overall...

'Lois has a wonderfully appointed tiny home on her farm, with every detail thoughtfully curated. The bonus bed/futon was a nice surprise as it meant I didn’t have to share a bed with my 6’1” son. The snacks and water were also a nice end to an exhausting day on the trail. I might only suggest a new shower head to help overcome the showers size. '

'This is a quaint little property, small but exactly what we needed. Plenty of space for just two people. Close proximity to Warrensburg which is where we needed to be. You can’t beat the rate! I appreciate the communication with the owner, check-in was a breeze. Parking wasn’t ideal, but we felt safe in the neighborhood. They had cute mason jars for glasses! I would definitely stay here again and recommend. '

'My dogs and I loved our stay at The Latch House Barn! The decor and fittings are top-notch, yet also durable enough to accommodate furry friends. The fenced yard was a very welcome amenity for weary travelers, as was the picturesque, eminently-walkable town of Arrow Rock. Only detractor from a perfect visit was the baffling absence of any toilet paper in any bathroom, or anywhere in the house that I was able to find! A one-off oversight, I’m sure. Would love to stay longer next time, and explore...

'Hosts Brent and Anita are welcoming and friendly. Made us feel like part of the family. They will do their best to help you out wherever they can.We thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing stay here . From the lovely open spaces to the pets fresh country air, and even having a bbq with the bull it has been a most memorable and enjoyable stay.'

'The house was just as described, with good space and a nice kitchen. The deck was so nice to relax on, in the big fenced in yard. Parking behind the house was very convenient. It was nice to have extra individual shampoo and conditioner provided.'
