« *This is my second review of this property* Our second time visiting Knotty Pines and it was just as pleasant as the first experience. Clean cabins, quiet neighborhood, beautiful and very relaxing outdoor space. The details are really thought out with these cabins and the whole property. We ended up getting to meet the property owners in person this time. Greg and Christina are very hospitable and attentive hosts. Also just very kind people in general. Happy to meet hosts that put so much love...

« The cabins were clean and cozy. Convenient to store and restaurants. Price was reasonable. I will say, the showers are a bit strange with the controls outside the shower itself, also no barrier to keep water in the shower. But the heat lamps in the bathroom were wonderful after returning from a COLD ride!! Would definitely stay again. »

« Nice place, listing was mostly accurate, quiet and peaceful (though I was late in the season). Only issues were the somewhat "wonky" thermostat and the constant gurgling of the kitchen sink drain. »

« The cabin itself had everything we needed for a great stay on Piper Pond. The Lake is just remote enough to satisy the need to get away, but close enough to civilization that you can get everything you need. The water was cool and clean and a great swim in the afternoon, but the sunset view over the mountains is absolutely killer. It was amazing how fast the cabin started to feel like "home". »

« We were very pleased with our stay at this Schoodic Lake property. The location was relaxing & perfect…the next to the last house on a dead end road. The two neighbors on either side were not visible through the trees. Our closest neighbors were a family of bald eagles between this property & the next. Amazing! Check-in was easy. When we asked for a little flexibility on check-in time, Heidi was happy to accommodate us immediately.
