*. Step Disclosure：This is a three-story townhouse.There are eight steps at the entrance. Therefore please make sure you're comfortable with climbing!.

*. Parking Disclosure：Guests could Park 1 car on the back side of the house. Free Street Parking is also Available.

*. AC Disclosure：The house features 3 mini split AC in total. 1 AC in the living room and the other 2 AC units in both bedrooms in the upper level. There is no AC in the lower level.

*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.

*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.

*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per day.

Quick family visit after cruise

The location was great for our family visit but not great if you have elderly family members staying at the VRBO the bedrooms and bathrooms are located upstairs or downstairs. Additionally the entrance had numerous stairs to climb to enter the home. Something to consider if you are traveling with people who have any mobility or pulmonary issues.
