We do not offer amenities such as a swimming pool, fitness center, clubhouse, or large landscaped grounds. We also do not have a backyard, as maintaining those features would significantly increase costs.

Our kitchen is equipped with simple, functional cookware, dishes, utensils, and basic kitchen tools to help you prepare meals during your stay. These items are practical and not premium or branded.

For food safety and hygiene reasons, we do not provide cooking ingredients or condiments such as cooking oil, butter, salt, pepper, spices, or other pantry items. Please plan to bring or purchase any ingredients you may need during your stay.

Instead, we focus on providing a clean, comfortable place to stay in a safe neighborhood with the convenience of free parking—something that can be difficult to find in Seattle.

If you’re looking for a simple, affordable stay in a quiet and secure location, our property is a great fit. If resort-style amenities are an important part of your stay, our property may not be the best match.
