Welcome to your newly remodeled Edmonds Villa. 20 mins from Downtown Seattle and 5 mins drive or walkable distance to the Historic Downtown Edmonds. This is a northwest living with a palms spring feel. This home sits on an oversized lot with its backyard facing the sound and mountain for a wonderful afternoon sunset sky. It is located on an upscale Edmonds Private Compound . The features are : Large Chef Kitchen , Living Room , Formal Dinning Room , covered outdoor patio , outdoor barbecue grill , private heated pool, hot tub, sauna, outdoor shower, and game room with pinball machines and hockey tables .

Our large family loved the accomodations. The kiddos loved the pool and the game room (as did the adults) and also the porch. The location is great and the host was super responsive and helpful! The kids are already asking to go back :)

Our group of eight long time college friends enjoyed our time here. The kitchen was well equipped and plenty of room for several cooks at one time. The deck looking over the pool was a beautiful peaceful place for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. The location was close to the the many restaurants and boutique shops in downtown Edmonds.Kely, our host, was very responsive to all messages. A very helpful, attentive host!

I stayed with a group of ladies for our annual get away. The home is as described. We used to pool and hot tub daily. The primary shower is wonderful with duel shower heads. The beds are comfortable. We'd stay again, however, we like to visit new locations every year.

We had wonderful time at Edmonds Villa. It was a great location for seeing the sites in the Seattle area. The house was very nice and the amenities were great. Great space for a family visit

We had 10 family members staying here very comfortably for a total of 7 nights, enjoying the hot tub, pool, game room and outdoor patio area. Plenty of room to spread out. We loved this property and was perfect for spending a couple of nights to celebrate with friends. The owner is super helpful with anything you need. Used the pool and hottub despite the snow and cold. The owner made sure it was heated for us. Lot's to do at this house.

Good Gathering House

The property is as shown in the listing, but the "heated" part of the pool amenity in the title is not included in the rental fees (there is a daily electrical fee for heating the pool). As with many rentals with a game room, a number of machines were out of order, but the majority worked and were a value-add. The house is well equipped and is comfortable for a small group. The pool is the best amenity. My guests all enjoyed the house and commented positively on what a great place it was.

100% recommend

If we ever find ourselves back in the area we will stay here again. Something for everyone and so nice! Playroom was great entertainment and the pool/ hot tub were kept up nicely. Kid and adult friendly. The host replied back within minutes and was very helpful. 10/10
