Three bedroom guesthouse near airport. Welcome to Normandy Park 3 bedroom home in our private back yard. Very convenient location 2ml to the airport and 15ml to Seattle. Next to mono rail and all freeways. Minutes from Southcenter shopping mall. Walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops.
The space
House is on a private backyard property, walking distance to shopping center, restaurants and coffee shops. 5min away from airport, 15 miles to Seattle, close to the freeways.
Guest access
It is a separate guest house on our back yard on top of our garage. You can enjoy the big backyard and a nice balcony.. To get there you will drive through our driveway passing by our house on the left, go all the way to the end and park on the right side of the house. I will give you key less code on the day of arrival.
Other things to note
There are 3 beds in the house, one in each bedroom and you can use air mattress (that is located in master bedroom closet) in the living room for sleeping extra people.
The space

Wonderful location and host. The host was so helpful and flexible with us. We could easily walk to a grocery store and restaurants. We drove to the beach walk and enjoyed seeing the water, boats, and beautiful walk through the huge trees.

Excellent location with perfect amenities
This was the perfect place for our tour of Seattle and Washington's three national parks with two of our grandchildren. Everything we needed was there including kitchen supplies and a beautiful deck. It was clean and conveniently located. We would highly recommend this cute over-the-garage house. Thank you for making it available to us!

Wonderful Visit
We had a wonderful visit to Seattle that included staying in this apartment. It met our needs perfectly. It is close to a light rail stop, and that was a convenient way to travel into the city. I would stay here again if I ever make it back to Seattle.

Amazing Property in a Great Location
We love staying at this property and feel so fortunate to have found it. We travel to the Seattle area throughout the year and love staying at Dina's cottage. It is well equipped, extremely comfortable and very peaceful. The location is in a very nice neighborhood with parks and trails, which made it nice to get out and walk as the weather improved. And, the grocery store is a quick walk away for items that you might need. Dina is an amazing host and very responsive. We highly recommend this cottage.

Beautiful and Cozy Property
Our stay in Seattle was very last minute and we couldn't have been more thankful to find Dina's cottage! We loved it so much, we booked it again for our next planned visit in the Spring. The unit is large and would be great for a family, with plenty of space and a well stocked kitchen. The space is above the garage at the back of a large property, and is walking distance to a good grocery store and in a very peaceful neighborhood. Communication with Dina was excellent!

Beautiful and cozy property outside of Seattle.
My family had a wonderful stay. This property is in a quiet neighborhood, close to the water, walking distance to a grocery store and a short drive to the light rail to get into Seattle. Our host was very friendly and welcoming. We had everything we needed at the property. We will defiantly stay here the next time we are headed to the Seattle area.
