'Our family loved it here! The location is absolutely stunning, right at the base of the Avatar mountains. The two pools are beautiful, and the kids had a blast. Breakfast was delicious with great local options, and the free shuttle to the park made everything so easy. Big thanks to the super helpful front desk staff—they booked all our tickets and helped plan our days. We felt so well taken care of. Highly recommend!'

'Lovely and homely stay at the lodge. We were pleasantly upgraded to a cabin room which we loved. Rain was extremely welcoming and helped us with all our luggage and even brought out a heater to our room as soon as we asked. Great communication, amazing location for the Zhangjaijei mountains, and Rain even dropped us and picked us up. There is a tea master as well who makes home made teas and some cute pets. Truly feels like a lovely family run cosy home. Would definitely recommend!'

'Incredible service. My girlfriend texted them an hour before we arrived that it was my birthday, and they prepared decorations and a cake on short notice. They also prepared medicine when my girlfriend was feeling sick. And the shuttle service to Wulingyuan was invaluable. 'Wonderful place with a wonderful owner. We were here in December and in that time of the year, be prepared to have warm clothes. As in every house around, you wear warm clothes inside as well. No central heating but AC in the rooms. The owner of the place is very helpful and everything can be solved thanks to a translation device/application, good mood and patience. 'Our butler, Andy, provided exceptional service and he went above and beyond with helping us plan our entire tour of the three scenic sites. He booked all our park/mountain tickets and told us about an incredible western restaurant, before the show he booked for us. The foot massage was fantastic as well at the Spa. 'Before you book: if you haven't stay on a mountain hotel, and you don't know how to handle some bugs or moisture, don't book. This hotel is in the mountain, so there are bugs and moisture visible. 'We have booked 3 rooms for 3 nights (3 for 2) in this hotel. It was a pity that the ventilation system of one of the rooms didn't work, but apart from that the rooms were luxurious, spacious, nice, comfortable and had everything you need. The back of the hotel was quiet and looks over green mountains. 'The hotel is in an excellent location, closed to lots of restaurants and with an amazing view of the river. But what really stood out was the arte and help received from K, who took the time to explain in minute details everything I had do to on K visit to the National Park and even was so kind to take care of all the bookings for me, which made my trip a lot easier and enjoyable. Thank very much for everything and I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Wulingyuan.'
