"At walking distance of the Kloten Railway Station. Near to the small city-centre. In the same street as the hotel is a large supermarket. The hotel looked well maintained and clean. I had a relatively large room with fridge, TV and a good shower. Staff were nice. The bus to the airport (near to the hotel) only takes a few minutes. Quality/price for Switzerland 🇨🇭is extremely fair."

"The size of the room was very comfortable, the location perfect but the fact that there was no coffeemaker and no telephone in the room is really an omission. How to connect to the reception in case of an emergency? Please note that the reception is on the top floor, so all rooms are lower. Tea (no coffee: why?) needed to be prepared in a “kitchen” shared with the whole room. Corridors are quite dark (i can imagine that this could provide an uncomfortable feeling for especially women)."

"parking au prix très élévé pour un lieu éloigné du centre-ville. Environnement urbain trop professionnel : buildings de bureaux, travaux, circulation de véhicules utilitaires, pas de place de parking-minute libre à l'arrivée. A l'accueil, nous n'avons pas été mis au courant du droit à un voucher gratuit au Kunst Museum, ce qui nous a coûté 40 CHF (vu trop tard sur l'avis affiché dans l'ascenseur. Usage exclusif du néerlandais dans les communications Hotels.com."

"Hotel is zeker ok Wel opletten dat ge geen kleine kamer boekt ! Is niet echt geschikt voor 2 volwassenen ( bed 1m40 en te staat tegen de muur) Aan de straatkant is er veel verkeer en dus veel lawaai Heel positief is de ijskast die beneden staat ,zodat je iets kunt koel houden 👍 Je kan daar beneden ook altijd water koffie en thee nemen 👍 Het is modern ingericht en de vloer op de kamer heeft geen vast tapijt 👍 De trapzaal en de eetzaal is prachtig behouden 👍 Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam 👍"
