'I would recommend this resort to anyone who is looking to have a beautiful, relaxing, getaway with fantastic cuisine and exceptional service. From the moment we walked in, to the second we left, we felt pampered beyond what I could have asked for! Absolutely recommend having a butler - Rodrigo was a delight. The rooms are gorgeous and the pools are so nice too! Love that it felt like a boutique resort; not needing to walk miles in the heat to get where we wanted to the main part of the facility...

'I recently stayed at Las Nubes Hotel in Holbox and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The property is in serious need of renovation and maintenance. The rooms and facilities felt very dated, and during our stay there was no hot water in the shower, which was extremely inconvenient. The toilets were frequently clogged, adding to the frustration. Another issue was the large number of iguanas roaming around the property. While some guests may enjoy seeing wildlife, they were constantly...

'Super hotel with all the luxury you need. The staff is very helpfull and always there for you. The food is very delicious although I prefer a buffet breakfast so you can have a little bit of everything. Also the beach and pool and super. The spa experience is also defenitly a must.'
