'There were a few areas where we felt the experience did not fully meet the expectations we have come to associate with the Hyatt brand. The service, in particular, could use some improvement. At all restaurants, the wait times for food was too long and there were moments where it felt like the staff could have been more attentive and proactive in checking in with guests. 'Personeel is vriendelijk. Hotel is erg centraal gelegen. Het eten is lekker bij het buffet. Ik zou er alleen niet elke dag eten want dan eet je bijna elke dag hetzelfde. Parkeren is gemakkelijk en gratis. Wel is het hotel erg druk. Druk bij het restaurant, rijen! Ook bij het inchecken enorme rijen en chaos van alle drukte. Verder prima hotel voor een paar daagjes om je vakantie af te sluiten.'

'My sister and I stayed here and we loved everything. The food and amenities were amazing! It is all inclusive but they do have several options on the menu, that you have to pay an additional fee.I found that to be a bit disappointing. The only thing we didnt like was the sales people trying to force you to buy a timeshare. They call it a 90 minutes welcome breakfast/tour when really its an overwhelming sales pitch by multiple people for well over two hours. They wouldn't take no for an answer....

'Wij hebben hier een fijne vakantie gehad. Ruime kamer, schoon en supervriendelijk personeel. Minder fijn is het handdoek neerleggen om zonnebedden toe te eigenen. Het hotel zou daar beter op kunnen toezien.'

'The bedroom is a nice size with basic bedroom furniture. Nice size restrooms but nothing looked clean. Stains everywhere hair in the bed. The buffet is extremely small and you have to ask for protein during dinner and some lunches. The options do change daily but the food was a total miss. The other restaurants are not all open at once, they alternate days. Hibachi was ok and the wings at the outdoor restaurant were ok. Drinks were about the best thing here as the pool was dirty with hair and...
