Shashi a été très facile à contacter dès le moment de la réservation et nous a beaucoup aidé à organiser notre arrivée en nous suggérant un excellent transport. « We stayed at 3 properties on this trip and this is the only one I don’t think I could recommend since I didn’t really feel welcomed, condo was missing things it should have had based on the listing, poor maintenance, and water issues. AC was completely turned off and it is a second story condo so the indoor temp when we got there was in the mid-90s and took 24 hours to cool down. When you know someone is coming turn on the AC. « Verbo's communication app didn't work for me. So we had a hard time getting our checkin information. We got it 20 minutes after we arrived through a tenant. Our unit really stunk of fish 🐟 that the previous tenant had cooked. Even the towels smelled. Steve offered to upgrade us to a better villa, but we were too tired after a long day of travel. "Nous avions réservé une chambre avec vue sur piscine de peur d’avoir une vue sur parking .mais nous avions une vue sur un mur et juste derrière ce mur se trouvait la piscine et son bar très bruyant ( musique de 10:00 à 18:00 + cris adultes et enfants ) Le lendemain nous avons été relogé dans une chambre plus grande et avec vue sur le jardin ( toujours côté piscine ) en rez de jardin . L’hôtel est à 20 m de l’océan. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas extraordinaire ( jamais de mangue et toujours les mêmes fruits pas forcément savoureux ( papaye et pastèque) . Le restaurant de l’hôtel ferme à 21:00 ( comme la plupart des restaurants en ville d’ailleurs ) Le SPA est très cher . Et toujours ces personnes qui viennent réserver les transats en y mettant leur serviette dés le matin . De plus il n’y a pas assez de transats pour le nombre d’occupants …tout le personnel est adorable . Pas beaucoup de pression pour l’eau chaude des lavabos . Beaucoup de personnel dédié à la sécurité et surveillance . "
