'After our roundtrip in Borneo, we wanted to relax for a few days, and chose this resort.
Some buildings in this hotel were being renovated, but this was not disturbing for guests.
The first renovation should be finished in august 2018.
Our rooms were very spacious and clean; but they also need renovation.
We reserved a family room, and got 2 rooms with connecting door.
Especially the service, friendlyness of the staff is fantastic. They really make you feel special.

'Qua service heb je echt een 5 sterren ervaring. Het eten was heerlijk (hoewel wel prijzig voor Maleisie). Er is niet heel veel in de omgeving, maar dat wisten wij van te voren. Wij wilden echt even een paar dagen niets. Tip: huur een golfkarretje op de golfbaan om wildlife (otters) te bekijken. 'Rooms are very outdated, beds were uncomfortable, cockroaches in bathroom, ants colony in bedroom. Towels were not changed, even after use they’ve been put on the floor. The lobby is nice, as is the swimming pool, but the rooms look like they’ve been have neglected for 20 years (just like the gym). I would not go there again, the high prices are just ridiculous for this level of maintenance and state.
