The accommodation
The area is very quiet as the condominium is located on a private road and therefore very quiet. If the weather is nice, you can have breakfast on the terrace. In the same area the area is close to many services, such as bus, hospital, tramway, shops and pharmacies and therefore makes the location very practical both if you want to visit Florence and the other cities of Tuscany, or if you want to relax without turning too much and cook in the apartment.

Guests can access and make use of the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, living room, corridor and 2 terraces.
Interaction with guests
We are always available by phone or email. At the same time our co-host Valentina is available for any emergency
Other things to highlight
If you travel by car for work or to visit Tuscany or Italy, you can easily find parking without paying (which is not cheap!) both in the internal road and in the external part. We only invite you to check the sign of when the road cleaning is done to avoid any fine (when this is done, you can park the car in the parallel street, so no problem).
