It was good, nice location right by Forsyth Park. The only thing was no clear instruction on the townhome being 114 1/2 and not actually 114. We also contacted host about tv not working and she never got back with us, but we understand and had an amazing time either way.
Perfect place to stay for a weekend getaway with a friend! It was in a great location, we felt very safe and walkable to all the places we wanted to go. We were worried about parking, but the street parking was easy to find and no big deal. Definitely going to stay again!
My wife and I spent a week here for our fifth anniversary. We absolutely loved it. It had everything we wanted. There was plenty of space, full laundry, and a great kitchen. We loved the back patio and courtyard. This is a beautiful home right in the middle of everything. If you are going to come to Savannah, this is the place to stay. It's located in the historic district and everything is in walking distance. We can't wait to come back. Thank you for sharing your home with us, David and Stephanie
We had the most wonderful stay at the garden apartment! I decided to book a long weekend in Savannah to celebrate my birthday and it was the perfect getaway for our family of 4 (two adults and two fuzzy kids)! We always book through VRBO so we can take our pups and used to travel to Savannah often, but the garden apartment we always stayed at was sold and Iāve had a difficult time finding one that we love as much as that one - until we found this home! The location was perfect, the home was immaculate and it truly felt like our little home away from home (reminds me so much of our home down the road in Charleston)! We will definitely be adding this rental to our top places to rent! I canāt wait to visit again!
Very close to everythingparking could have been an issue but the agent recommended free parking in area and it worked fine as we left car for the entire stay in same spot as everything walkable
We averaged 5 miles a day walking and took over 200 photos - the activities in Forsythe Park provided amazing entertainment every day - meeting Patricia's sister and her Australian sheepdog added the personal history that was a special dimension. The furnishings in the house and the outside sitting area were interesting and the plants created a great setting. On our last full day we took the port tour with Savannah Harbor Tours - a truly memorable experience.
Great location just off Forsyth Park and perfect for our first ever Savannah St Patrickās Day parade. It was plenty of space for two people and for having local family members stop in.
The stay was exceptional. It is right by Forsyth Park. Easy to check in Rasy toget to key parts of Savannah. Had a great time eating and drinking my way through the city. And the dogs loved it. o
I loved everything about this apartment. The location was fantastic for walking the dog in the park. The river was a little bit of a walk but traveling down Bull St was spectacular. We couldn't get over the number of great restaurants! The apt itself was a bit quirky, with brick floors, doors abdomen windows everywhere. Would highly recommend.
The home is amazing and its location may be even better. A block from Forsythe Park and a short walk from the oak tree-lined Jones Street and its coffee shops. This is a safe and quiet neighborhood that is a wonderful get-away from home. The garden house has such character and the patio is very private and relaxing. We will certainly be back.
This was our first time visiting Savannah and this place made the experience even more special. So much character and the location is perfection, we parked our car and walked everywhere. Also having the park right across the street is an added bonus we didnāt know we needed. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit.
The apartment is exactly as pictured in the photos and in the perfect location to wander Forsyth Park, the historic downtown and riverfront! I would suggest downloading the Park Savannah app as that will make parking much easier. The apartment is absolutely adorable, comfortable and welcoming. IThe courtyard patio in back is the cherry on top of an already fabulous rental. I canāt wait to come back and stay in the future!
Great place for a couple with phenomenal location in the historic region. Great old home charm with it's origins dating back to late 1800's. Cool little courtyard out back to relax with coffee in the morning or with a glass of wine in evening.
Easy to walk to most things, and if the walk is too much for you, finding a ride share is quick and easy. Highly recommend and would stay here again without a second thought.
Thank you
Absolutely wonderful accommodations so close to Forsythe Park, and walking distance to the River District. Unit was well-appointed, beautifully renovated with very interesting pieces. The patio and courtyard were incredible!
Loved this property and will return if we can. Exactly as advertised, spacious and charming. The bed was comfortable. We found the couch and pillows less so and had minor issues accessing some of the streaming services but nothing worth complaining about. Highly recommend.
Savannah is our favorite city. We wanted to stay in the historic district. We walked to most everything we wanted to in the city. We pretty much only drove to Tybee. The apartment was very nice and clean.
After traveling cross country from AZ and arriving location check in very easy, beautiful but once inside the bed was stripped and all linens piled up in the hallway. No other linens available, only one clean towel for the entire home, trash in the hallway (looked like housekeeping failed to clean the home). Per the guest book, last guest was Sept. 8 so there so over a week to make ready. We were unable to get a hold of host or management via phone or email. Took photos of appearance upon arrival and left the house in same condition as we arrived. DISAPPOINTED.
We had such a wonderful time! All our first visit to Savannah. We saw many historical sites, tried local eateries and pubs, and enjoyed the beautiful scenery. Would love to visit again and experience and see more.
